just read from jul thread that they can get the happy bellies at $8.08 per tin from the Harbour Front Shop. U wanna check that out instead.
 
We bought freshly grind brown rice cereal with "si shen" from medical shop and cooked some for Nat yday.
She took it well....finish one tablespooon of it in the aftn and one tablespoon of it in the evening......

My mum then mention that I can start to wean off BM now that she is taking rice cereal well....
But I might want to continue giving bm till maybe end of Feb/Mar...seems such a shame to give up when I still have the supply, though not much but just enough for her...

donkeymami, thanks for the well wishes, I was gonna start slowing down at the end of Jan, by then Isaac already more than 6 months. It will take around 1 month to completely tail off. Its been very tiring to work and pump, and now still trying to get rid of my blocked ducts

might sound stupid to some of the mummies here. but do you mix the ceral with milk powder, bm or just water?

cos if mix with milk powder or BM all the time, isnt it a waste when they do not finish the whole thing?

my FIL also like king in the house. he dont even bother to wash his own cups/plates after breakfast. then just leave it in the sink and wait for someone to wash for him. so i also bo chap and let it be in the sink till evening mil come home and wash. he even complain to my hubby say why we never wash for him. so retarded.

Mine need to cook, not those instant type...so i think my mum add water to cook it till its thick..and i think she add a small cube of sugar ( ping tang )..

Dolce, if you want to continue bfing then pls do so. Normally mummy wean off bm because too tiring or not convenient. So if you don't mind then pls continue.

i had the same qn...how do we wean off ?
Do we pump less times and dun fully pump out everything ?
Gradually supply will drop and wean off ?
Would engorgement happen if we do not fully pump out ???
