what is urine cathetal? yah really wth if they refuse to bring baby in. can call for head nurse!? *watch too much drama* i think those nurses are just lazy... during hospital tour, i saw some nurses at the counter on those patients wards chit chatting... like nothing to do like that. so free and laugh so loud.
now i am so used to be inside aircon room. hubby sleep in the afternoon with air-con on, then i sleep at night with air-con on... so basically i am in aircon room for almost 2/3 of the day. i think during confinement i will hide inside my room also when i am free haha. hopefully MIL wont go and take leaves and kaypoh else she dont let me. *pray hard hard*

you are welcome. true i also got confused cos the packaging is the same cept the words. i was like standing there reading for awhile cos the one i got is in a travel bag and it is sealed. lucky the taka sales girl quite helpful that time, came and explain to me inside the pack got what and took the normal packaging for me to read the instruction ect. for now maybe just try seabamed, avent or those free samples bah. i got a lots of free samples from pureen and some from seabamed!! lol

i think after i finish using the mustela ones i got, i will use up all the seabamed, pureen samples. if zachary is ok with pureen, i will just go and buy that haha. mustela is slightly expensive if gonna use that permanently. when he is just born, give him better stuffs after a few months, chin chai liao~ keke

haha i want to get some sleeveless top. i find my arms are like slimmer now during preggie leh. donno where the fats went... last time fatter one. hopefully after giving birth, all my fats wont come back.
i think those arab women will get heat stroke for being so wrapped up!

hey babyS.. lala.. as of last scan..at wk 31. baby M is abt 1.7kg.. n baby K is abt 1.4kg.. abt 200+g difference... jit tao feel so guilty for still insisting on working..n walking here n there n all....resulting baby K's growth abit slowing down. aft the scan.. i took HL all the way liao.
juz went NUH this mrng.. (waste time) to check amniotic water lvl..n oso blood flow.. next fri will be growth scan agn.. lalala~ hopefully will hv good news.
nw.. most of the time.. i either parked at my sofa.. or on my bed the whole day. ka cherng abit soar liao.. bahhaha~
mon our 2x car seats + 2x strollers + 2x hi-lo chair will be delivered le. heee.. so excited. juz got helper to wash sm bbs' clothes ystrday.. tink next few days can wash the bedsheets le. duhx..tink there'r some tings i still hvnt prepare for the delivering.. but.. ya... *breathe*

mashy :Really Thanks for sharing your nite feeding experience. before this, i am still feeling paisay to ask the nurse to bring the bb to me at nite. Wait scared they think "wa-lau...this woman, so troublesome, no milk within 1st few days, nite time also come n trouble us, to bring the bb over".

my friend's girl was probably around 3kg. You should ask ur gynae about the procedures, and make sure he gives u what u want!
reira, ya think the process in western countries are completely opposite of here leh...
pegsfur/irene, think all gynaes same leh... only show up when its the last 3 pushes to pull the bb out and sew up. We really pay them alot of money for those few minutes!

usually decor done by different company unless using more expensive caterers who have so called 'premium' packages.
will be doing mine at my place although it's going to be cramped (expecting abt 50-80 excluding kids).

I now weigh a whopping 71.7kg, a gain of 16.7 kg from my pre-preg wt of 55kg, bb is 2.7kg.
Btw,I saw TMC pharmacy at level 1 near Delifrance corner...selling tummy binder, less than $50. Do we need to buy in advance? I duuno my massage lady or gynae got provide or not..

The nursing tops on sale are the same stock as Tanjong Pagar sale, limited design. So this time round, I didnt get any nursing top.
Bought a maternity dress that could be worn after delivery as well for $30. And also a maternity spag top @ $10.

yeah...eunice like to talk during sewing up hor...i rem when she was sewing me up the other time, she asked me when i wan the 2nd one....nearly fainted.
u mean now TMC use fitti and huggies on our NB ar...last time they were using pampers premium lei...they so stingy...diapers also wan to cut costs...we paid so much for hospital stay ...more ex than hotel rates.

yah, don't paiseh. And don't let some nurses persuade u to give up the night feedings. Yes, our milk will not be here in the first few days, but there's colostrum and it helps the milk to come faster.
So happy, going up to 90ml at last pump.
Now just waiting for mei mei to catch up her drinking capacity. Perhaps this time round i'll have better success at breastfeeding.

no, they said she needs to be warmed up. So i told the nurses that once she's warmed up enough, bring her to me. So they brought her in abt 3hrs later.
This gal has so much black poo leh. She pooed like average 4-5 times a day and up till yesterday (4th day), she was still pooing black poo. My CL said must be she ate a lot when i was preg with her.

yen, if you taking single room can room in with bb. But i think you mite need to have some rest as well. And moreover we paid for the nurses services aly, so let them go take care la. Heheheh....

yah, now i tbf now. not a single FM. I think u just need to be diligent for the 1st mth lor. Just get the nurse to bring bb to u round the clock. Do u have colostrum yet? Coz i know some pp took a while to have even colostrum. Make full use of the LC there to teach u how to latch properly. Correct latching is imp so that u don't get sore nipples and bb actually drinks well from the breasts. I learnt the latching from the tv prog they show at tmc. hehe.
I think my gal also helped alot leh. Coz she's the type she won't be on the breasts for nothing. If she's on, she'll drink. If not, she won't waste my time. And her suck is very strong type.

And coz you won't be so mobile then, so even if bb is in the room with u, u will prob have diff getting the bb on the bed with u for breastfeeding.
