Viv

mine are mainly adults. I just got some party packs and balloons for the kids. No entertainer. Think they can entertain themselves.

Baby Birthday Celebration

How's everyone's preparation? Been busy whipping up the mixture for the eclair puff and now in the oven baking.

i tot birthday party is for adults to gather together?:p kids unless u have older kids.. otherwise i oso dunno how 1 yr old can be entertained by party planner.

DIY urself lor if u have older kids..
rent some toys
engage balloon sculpture
engage face painting
engage magician

mashy
how abt ur #1's friends. u r not inviting them? geez.. my list got 10-12 kiddy friends that #1 grew up with.. then oso got some hb's friends with kids that i.dun.no.who.he.invite.and.are.coming.yet.

I missed the convenience of Sg, I just have to order and get everything. We tried a couple of bakeries here both dh and Kai did not like the cakes (too sweet, too hard, etc.)

Think the children can entertain themselves if there is space for them to run about.

no la. Will invite his friends if it's his birthday. So it's just friends' kids, relatives and those from church. We have tons of relatives. Cannot invite selectively coz my mil will scream.

Donkeymani

if I dun invite relatives if I have a party, my mil will give me hell. That's why all my parties are super big cannot be at home type. I dun mind not inviting her relatives actually. Haha.

Just wondering. Since the ebay store that sells the party supplies is based in US. Will it be in time for your son's bday?

Hi Pegsfur,
There is a set of handyman toy set at Toys R Us vivocity..very very cute. It entails over 20 small size tools..hee wanna buy n play myself.:p
