Oh I have a tweeter account too. As for hairloss,I also started to drop hair this month. So depressing and went for a trim but things are still the same.

Teething,
Read that some Aug babies have started teething. Not sure if Sophie has started teething as she's getting more cranky these days and her cries are very whiny like she's very uncomfortable. Cant really feel anything from her gum but it feels different when I BF her. Started to give her gripe water, hope it helps. These days she has not been napping well as well. Like today, woke up at 7:30am and only took her nap at 12:50pm. Then woke up less than one hour and was crying in a whiny voice. What are the other symptoms of teething?

Plans for NYE?
Now with a baby around, no count down for me. So how's everyone spending teir NYE?

I went in person to make my IC recently cos I was 3 years late and have to go for interview to explain why.
The main reason why I delay was because I didnt have a nice photo to make IC! kekekeke! :p

You didn't take any photo yourself? I took dunno how many dozen photos with my digital camera and chose the nicest, den edit with photoshop somemore b4 submit .. lol .. vain lah

sam also started behaving strangely these 2 days. cries n whines a lot n refuses to nap, even tho u can see that he's really very tired. he'll cry n cry until i pick him up. dunno what's wrong.

In that case, do you suspect Sam may be teething? Sophie's stool also smells odd lately. Have this sourish odour and usually green in color

Raffles Children's clinic at Tampines 1 is really convenient, just 10 mins walk from my mum's place and I can go shop around somemore...
The PD there is Dr Lim Yit Jean.
My usual PD is at united square, I will go to Tampines 1 if I'm lazy.

I realised can only see abit of the collar after I crop the pic to IC size... then make into IC became black and white lo. Waste time! I still specially choose a red top

Can anyone advise me if u gals bought high chair to feed ur baby? or those low ones on the floor is safer? Trying to see which chairs are good to start my boy next month on solids =]

i bott the Ikea high chair 4 $25 i tink as long as u keep an eye on him be it tall or short shd be safe after all ur baby may not wanna sit still in it for a long time fo ru to feed...

i alternate between the bouncer and the jane activa 'high chair'. Not considered high chair since i can bring it down.

i nvr tot it's teething leh.. but the same 2 days that he's acting cranky, he's been pooping lots. he used to only poop 3x/day, now like 5-6x/day! n got a lot of mucus in the poop too.

isn't it too early to be teething? the mums all say 6-7 mths leh.

huggies is smaller cutting. for eg, huggies m is in between mamypoko s n mamypoko m. i used huggies when sam outgrew mamypoko s, but mamypoko m was still a bit loose.

but i dun like huggies leh. find it v thick n hot. sam seemed to fuss n wanna change more often when we were using that.
 
Picked up a book at Times called First Foods. Baby has been showing so much interest in our food that I m so tempted to feed her solid. I feed her Frisocrem rice cereal today half teaspoon. Yummy she loves it n wants more. Told my maid to hide the cereal tin in the kitchen cos dun want my MIL to know. MIL prefers to feed baby after 6months. It is really fun seeing her sucking the cereal from the spoon. Guess I'll feed her for 3 days to see any allergy.

Re: Ovann's ingrown toenails

Yah, even for adults must not cut nails too short and cut it slightly above edge of skin so the nail wont end up grow into the skin. actually for every nails must do that de.

it is ok as long as PD said Ovann's ingrown toenail is not so serious even tho you only noticed yesterday.

toenails easier to keep slightly long since they cant actually scratch their face with it! Zachary's face always got scratches cos I don't round the side of his nails.

Did NatNat sleep through last night at your mom's place? mine woke up at 2am, then i rock him to zzz and he woke up at 3am. tried to not let him drink from 3 - 4 am and he cried like mad. then my PIL asked why he kept crying so i had no choice have to latch him *haiz*

ur boy also had ingrown ah. baby atleast easier to get rid of ingrown. now i am still suffering from ingrown toenails. very hard to cure liao.

Sam is a chubby baby! Zachary also kept crying and whines recently. worst is woke up in the middle of the night. every night i told him to sleep 10hrs like before. altho i sleep as late as 4am but still sian ah!!

Changing IC at 30
I changed my IC early this year and the ppl at ICA told me I don't need to chance IC when I am 30 (they wont send me letter also). But I think IC got state that I am single wor. Do I need to go change because of that?

i got bumbo and jane activa high chair for Zachary. bumbo for now cos tried the high chair but he kept leaning forward.

i tried jane activa for Zachary but the secure belts like too loose!! Then he kept leaning forward. Dont know if I did it wrongly or not. btw, do you have any idea how to keep the cushion from messy spills?

It's really fun feeding the baby. No matter how careful I m, she will still get the cereal on her face. She sucks the cereal really loud n drools lot. My maid is so excited n video baby's first time eating solid. I need to start buying bibs... ...

actually i've never cit sam's toenails. i just let them break off by themselves. so far no prob leh.

as for fingernails, i cut them real short coz lazy to cut more than once per week.

hubs has been nagging me to sell them off. i actually bot 9 boxes, but opened only 2 - 1 at ils' n 1 at home. till now still not used up. i ks stock up. who knew i dun have much milk lor, then must sell off *sian*
