thanks. Zachary been randomly making "papapapa, mamamama, baobaobaobao" sound when he cry. thats the first time he pronounce it so clearly and 2 words together bah. sometimes i taught him to say papa, mama since 1-2 mths old. then when Zachary cry for hug, hubby will told him to say "papa bao bao" if you want hug.
about 2 months ago Zachary had cough + runny nose. he coughed like 3-4 days, every hr cough 2-3 times. i brought him to PD, PD told me it is because of excess phlegm irritating his throat, thats why coughing. then it link to the runny nose because of excess mucus. gave him the cough and flu syrup that PD prescribe but after a few days he is still coughing. so i stopped giving him the syrup and gave him hou zhao san. i think hou zhao san is more effective than cough/flu syrup which can get rid of phlegm.

i plan to use the traditional method of steam using pot/wok and then use spoon to mash or use normal blender to blend.

is ceramic knife expensive? is it ok if i use normal peeler to peel then steam and give the food immediately? is it ok if the apple turn yellowish a bit?
