boo not much saliva, but when he sneezes all the saliva splurt on me...urs say boo will blow all the saliva out izit? keke..
now mine when he drink milk, he will play with the milk in the mouth by gargling it with the sound grrrrrr

NTU alumni club is pretty near my work place. Actually I'm not that concerned about the temperature of the weather. I'm a certified swimming coach and an ex competitive swimmer but am not actively coaching now. My parents exposed me to being in the pool when I was a few months old too in my underwear so I think babies are actually a resilient bunch as long as the swimming pool water is not as cold as the English channel!
Hope that my baby will love swimming.

my ger makes a sucking sound with her lips & tongue too... i tink she suck too much pacifier...
anyone's baby likes to lift their both legs up and bang down? my ger loves to do that everytime day & nite, i got problem with her diapers as it keep leaking frm her back, so i change to pull-up pants from drypers, works for a few nite, then now leak frm the side...
also when she's irritated & sleepy, she will scratch the back of her ears... & loves to rub her face & eyes... her face is permanently in redness, either around the mouth due to her saliva when sucking pacificer or eyes & cheeks... i've use all sorts of cream & lotion but didnt really help...how huh?

i got the parklon- yellow bear sch bus playmat. 15mm one. I clean it this morn for my bb to play lata. It seems fine to me, the rubber smell is acceptable oso. i love the colourful appearance n firm quality. Hopefuly my bb loves it too.. n make my $$ worth!! hee..
Pacifier:

tried different position, baby Louis doesn't like. i tried side way, he thought i want to flip him, then he flipped! aiya! then tried the tummy way, he thought is a playing time, then he lifted his head up and keep looking. grrr... so, his only position is sleep by his back.
just now i on the air-con for him for his afternoon sleep. he seems like can sleep longer!!!

If i'm not wrong, at this age, its more about water confidence for our little ones. getting them comfortable in the water environment and playing games with them in the pool.

I think its best that baby have float lor..be it on the neck or ard arms area.
Cos i dun thk me able to catch hold of baby in water, cos slippery leh.
Imagine when we bath baby at home, already use the anti-slip at the bottom of bath tub liao.

I read it in either aquaducks or waterfun, cnt remember just remember myself laughing, coz I tot of the TAtanic.
Maybe, I tot if we all go for the course pay 200 plus first, we know what to do..then later same group just find swimming place to go? How does that sound?

nowadays doing exclusive pumping..difficult to post! AFter pumping, need to wash n sterilise then do some housework then time to pump again..hahah
Gals that is doing pumping, ask u all hor..until when can we prolong the pumping interval? Say now i m pumping 3hrs..when shuld i increase to 4hrs then 5hrs then 6hrs?? I intend to go back to work when i can pump at 6hrly and the output is enuf for zach! Todae i gave him 170ml n the teacher told me that he dun hv enuf!! Meaning now i hv to give him 180ml!! When i took leave, he onie 150ml then yesterday 160ml then today 170ml ..if everyday increase, i super duper stress..haha

Wah wish i can join the swimming class also! I love to swim and i hope my kids will enjoy it too. But dont think i will have time since Avery will only complete her immunization shots mid-May, by then will be busy liao.
re: Developmental milestones,
Dont stress mummies! All kiddos will eventually reach the milestones (be it flipping, sitting etc) in their own time. Just enjoy the process!
Btw, i thot the playmat was a good buy. I got the parklon one and its nice and colourful.
Side note: The steady surface also makes it easier for bbs to turn/flip if they are trying to, as compared to a mattress.
re: funny things that bbs do
At the moment, avery is "auditioning" for "singing" contest. She is making noises all the time and loudly too. Her fav is saying "Ah hmm" and yes, doing that 'lolly' in the mouth thing too!
like what some of you said, everything will go into the mouth and she enjoys 'talking' with her mouth full.

Wah wish i can join the swimming class also! I love to swim and i hope my kids will enjoy it too. But dont think i will have time since Avery will only complete her immunization shots mid-May, by then will be busy liao.
re: Developmental milestones,
Dont stress mummies! All kiddos will eventually reach the milestones (be it flipping, sitting etc) in their own time. Just enjoy the process!
Side note: The steady surface also makes it easier for bbs to turn/flip if they are trying to, as compared to a mattress.
re: funny things that bbs do
At the moment, avery is "auditioning" for "singing" contest. She is making noises all the time and loudly too. Her fav is saying "Ah hmm" and yes, doing that 'lolly' in the mouth thing too!
