Okai.. you all making me so excitied! today im suppose to getting my bumbo chair. but then im still stuck at hougang when the seat will arrive at jurong. tmw night then can go and try home! hopefully tmw i can go home and not hearing so many excuses that i cant go home! ARghz!

In the end bought a pouch type carrier from mothercare. waste money on the sling.

i think cannot pump in pantry cus maybe thats everyone will be using it ba. i mean understandable abit then server room canont mah? they didnt suggest u anything? or you can voice out that its not advicable to pump in toliet due to hygiene?

As long my bean pillow is not on top of my gal's hand everything will be fine. but that day accidentally put on her hand. thats why when she lift her hand the bean pillow just flop on her face.
 
gals, ask u all hor for the tax claim on Working Mothers Relief and Parents Tax Rebate.. once we set the amt n % to claim, can we change it next year?

My hb ask me to claim 100% for the $4K child relief and 100% for the PTR leh..wonder if we can change it next year?

Hair loss problem
i have hair loss problem starts when my gal is abt 2mth. now i can find a lot of them on my floor

yah lor...he always go n grab it or sometimes his kicking motion makes the bean pillow end up at the leg...so even put on his tummy with his hand on top also dangerous...

Ya, my boy caught the flu from infant care almost 2 wks ago. Yesterday we took him to a new PD near our place, very nice doctor, and he used a tube to suck out all his mucus. It was really heart wrenching sight as Bryan scream in pain when the tube was inserted and cried so miserably throughout the procedure

But at least we saw how much yellowish mucus are being sucked out and now he is a lot better. He is given 1 wk antibiotic and I'm planning to take care of him at home for this week. Hope my boss will be understanding...*sigh*

Is your girl bottle-fed as well? I noticed this from my girl after she started taking the bottle more. I think it's because they know that when they pull off and latch again, they get a faster milk flow when they relatch. Think about when you pump, if you pull off the funnel for a while and put it back on, the milk will come out faster.

I have more supply on my right side, which means faster milk flow when I let down. I find that my girl tends to do this more on my left side, where the flow is slower, and less on my right side. When she starts latching on and off, I will try to relax and do deep-breathing, to get the letdown to come more quickly. If she still continues with this, I will switch sides, which usually works.

I'm not sure if this is helpful for you, but thought I'd share my experience anyway.

Clarice looks so cute in her bumbo! I like the first shot. Looks like she's wiggling her toes in excitement. My bumbo is purple too. I've started putting Emma in it too. She's still not very good in it, though. Her head will droop after a while. So we are trying to get her to sit in it for a few minutes each time, a few times a day, to practise. Like daily exercise. Hehe..

gals, u all started not to let ur babies wear mittens? i tried removing zayden's mttens but he is so rough, scratch and pinch his own face until red red.
 
mimi....jake also still wearing mittens...if he dont wear he will also scratch his face...but it will heal very fast...still heart pain to see those scratches...

ya...jake put his hand into his mouth even when wearing mitten...but i think must take off le...so they can learn to feel and touch..heart pain also must ren...its for the better....the scratch will heal...
 
ivy, zayden also put his hand into his mouth when wearing mittens, then he will rub his face with the wet mittens, then rashes will appear. normally if he is awake, i ask my mum to remove his mittens but when he is sleeping we let him wear mittens. cos he will scratch and pinch himself even when sleeping.
