How much is 'too much'? Our child won't b able to tell and will b confused by us. Thats why most parents will choose to tell their kid to complain to teacher.

yah, was thinking of being a sahm recently as the new maid we have now is giving us loads of headaches, wanted to go maid-less. but recently, when our new place is undergoing reno, it seems that my hubby is very stressed as everything is so costly nowadays. thus, i dare not think of becoming a sahm as my hubby will be more stressed and we mite end up arguing even more if i dun have an income.

ah nut, ah lian & ah jes: my R is carbon copy of daddy in looks & carbon copy of mummy in personality. she's v attached to mother & quiet. won't or can't say much nor lose temper often but when she's angry, her scream can tear down the roof. my mum hates kids like tt.

ah lian: oh tt not being schizo lah. think it depends on how often the kid disturbs your child? if once, no big deal. but if more often then like minky said - whack the daylights out of tt brat!

I also vy worried abt Nat gng to school next yr. Somemore mine is a no turning back route coz m gng to axe the nanny after Nat settles down with the new changes.

I used to worry abt Nat bullying others but after an incident where i saw a boy biting Nat's hand & Nat like no reaction, I think I need to worry abt both cases

yah,i've registered him at My First Skool which is newly opened near my MIL's place. They called me in early Oct and told me they'll most probably open in Nov or Dec, but till now, I never recieve any further calls from them leh.funny..

Orchard Road the christmas lightings very nice, must bring our kids go see. hope tonight no rain, want to bring him go take photos.

We just came back from the occupational therapy. brandon did good improvement, he now can feed himself. last time he throw all his breads on the floor. now he put into his mouth..

therapist suspect him of sensory perceptions problem. meaning to say he is sensitive with the touch, senses and noises. therapist is very patient. she been teaching us what to teach brandon at home, and i seen improvement in him. For food, we are very adventurous, so she mentioned is good as this type is usually very picky eater..

Lian: ha he went for a couple of rides only..he refused to get on one train ride though :/ but was an improvement lah- last time even carousel he refuse to sit but this time round he quite enjoy the horse ride.
Rcb: ha yup I think I like Disneyland more than G!
 
Hey Mummies,

A quick check. Is your toddler still drinking the formula milk? how many times a day?
Mine started to lose interest in his milk. 60ml can still have problem finishing it. However, he can finished all his food during lunch and dinner.
 
Lynn: Mine still drinking 3 times a day. After he wakes up, before his afternoon nap, and at night before he sleeps. He is like addicted to it! A source of comfort to him!

I think if B has a good appetite, he should be able to get the nutrients from the solid foods

i duno why i have yet to say this here but my gal is such a picky/fussy eater
She will cry whenever she eats during 18 months onwards then suddenly she refuses to eat altogther. She eats biscuits..rejects rice totally, vege etc.im damn worried for her cos afraid she's not gettin all the nutrients. Ive tried letting her go hungry but it just doesnt work.
She lost weight when we put her off Pediasure and now we putting her back on cos we have no choice, cant let her go skinny right
Tried everything like change the rice to mee sua. she likes french fries though but u noe these are junk food. I have no idea wat else to do...the other time we went to KK, wat they can do is juz check the weight and ask us to come back. The next appt is in Jan..

any suggestions? made her sit with us to eat oso cannot..haiz

Saw ur food and the nice cookie cutter. I saw the cookie cutter in bhg before. I got my normal moon, star, flower cookie cutter. Made them with bread and cheese but she refuses to touch. sigh...

Brandon can only eat with his tv on.. haha.. bad habit.. but better than don eat. potatoes in any forms? must it be fried? can it be potatoes cooked with stewed chicken then add some carrots and veg. Ah moh also eat potatoes for their meal.. potatoes also starch. try chicken stew with potatoes and veg. add a bit of macaroni bluffed her.

mine still drinking milk, too. She is a milk monster! at least 3-4 times a days (180ml)! and will wake up in the mid of the night for nite feeding.

mummy2nia... We brought K to PD 2 days ago for her pneumo jab. The PD recommend us to give Pedisure. K too skinny liao. Cham.. expensive milk!
Lynn gave a good suggestion, give potato in other form. K loves potato in every form.

Lynn, K drinks 3-4 times milk a day. Each time 120ml. She eats little solid

ah mummy2nia: i got same prob w G but he still rather stocky &amp; putting on weight so the doctor didn't see anything the matter. it's more of an effort to feed one of him than the other 2 combined. u actually make the effort to do like tri-angel does. i can't be bothered. my mum claims to love him so much, i leave it to her.

well, I tink the last time D cried was becoz he juz woke up from his nap and ended up somewhere which he's not familiar with. so have to give him more time to adapt lor.
Yah, went to Nex yesterday evening and it was sooooooooo crowded. seems like half of singapore's population was there! most of the shops are open for business already. you went liao oso?
