can consider this? they have alot of nice cartoon/3D children cakes, but only if you can do away with mickey theme which they dun do for licenced cartoon character cakes. think olwen ordered from them for her triplets 1st b'day.

If u go direct to PG, they will be quite friendly at the shop. Alot of homebakers schedule pack le...if not u try swensons ice cream cake lor.

Hey i saw NiNi's cake on FB. Ya, it really look like the cake i had for R's bday last year. Green green de and with the same Pooh Bear Figurine. Kekeke. I find that my PG cake this year not as nice leh. I ordered orange choco zest. I also like the the salted yolk prawns. So yummy.

I will order from Prima Deli a normal fruit cake, and then add a Jelly cake from James Chan! LOL. Not bad idea oso hor.

Actually I ordered a Dora cake from there for K's tmr celebration with my in-laws. So when we go n collect, i'll place order for Sunday.
Very unlucky these few days. Everything just goes wrong. And the cleaner aunty hor, she found a job liao, so most probably i can't get her to come over in the future

so in the end, still sticked back to their standard cake toppers style. Dunno y they still charge what they call 'art fee' *bleah*

jjmom, i dun mind if they tell me in advance tat they can't do t design. But not 1 minute say cannot, another minute say can. Then last min say cannot. Somemore so rude over t phone.

went there years ago when i was still a student.
must say i'm pretty impressed with the changes within 20 years. loos much cleaner & ppl more polite. but i still can't stand ppl calling me 美女. one man did tt & i immediately walked away. actually i was thinking of buying the medicated oil from him but when i heard those 2 words, i lost interest completely. i not 美, find it so fake to call me that!
anyways, it's a nice place to bring kids. can all consider.
how's the birthday celebrations coming up? lian sounds stressed.

RCB: long time no c. yeah, BJ is nice & actually not really tiring.
there's nice spa resorts just outside the city. we were given one nite at this place called chun hui yuan, pardon the lack of chinese software in office. really nice. can look it up if anybody going there.
ah lian: yes, i think no prob. they seldom cook with chilli. but the food is super oily & salty so u must tell them less salt less oil. there's soup at every meal. kai ate so much but still came back skinny cos of all the running around & climbing. plus cold weather burns a lot of energy.
haven't seen ur tokyo pix yet. was busy clearing work b4 my trip.

Me too. We haven bring Nat for any tour so far coz i think food hygiene is a big headache in a lot of countries.
Dont think i dare to let her try any food from the 路边摊 or even some local food stall in HK, taiwan, china, indo, bintan.
Hahaha...i think she no need to go anywhere at this rate =P

haha u v biased la.. these days toilets in CHina major cities not bad liao.. i can say some of the toilets in spore even worst.. blek!! Anyway when i'm in china i'll try to relieve when i'm at those more atas places and i can tell u their toilets are good lor. wahahaaa.... As for food i also dun take roadside stalls' better b safe than sorry..
