So far I always tell my gals to tell the teacher immediately. But at the same time, I also teach my girls to defend themselves. Not to be a sitting duck and let people punch or kick. They have my full permission to retaliate where necessary.
Most importantly, my gals need to keep me informed on what happens in school. And if they report a matter to the teacher and that teacher does nothing, especially if it's a bad case of bullying, then I will step in and escalate matters accordingly.
So far I always tell my gals to tell the teacher immediately. But at the same time, I also teach my girls to defend themselves. Not to be a sitting duck and let people punch or kick. They have my full permission to retaliate where necessary.

Happier that my boy is finally starting his JG lesson soon! Just received a call from them, got 1 slot for new term. Mabbe coz he is abit slower in talking, he gets frustrated and screams easily when he cannot communicate

Jus like my gal's 1st day in PG, one gal accidentally knocked on her head. My gal got angry n wanna hit t gal. Hai... I blame it on t old folk's teaching method, they asked her to beat t floor if she falls. T more i tink t more gek sim i am!

Haiz.. pek chek lei.. MIL almost everyday also niam niam niam and scold e new maid.. hear until i getting frustrated.. Then this morning while Nini stil sleeping.. can hear her scolding e maid outside again.. yah.. loud until we in the room with door closed also can hear.. -_- Causing my gal to wake up early.. sianz..
After that as MIL was busy with 拜神 stuffs.. she called out to the maid (intend to ask her look after my gal for a while but havent given instruction - jus called out for her nia).. So the maid naturally wil ask her wat is it right... Then she shouted say "Look after the child la.. stil ask wat wat wat.." Piang i see liao also puhuay told her back u din tell her wat to do how she knows??!!??! Sometimes really buay tahan her lei.. like make use of every chance to scold e maid
