I'm not sure my gynae is cautious or not,cause my cramp usually last about an hour or so and I start having it in week 32,33 when i'm still a month away from full term. Now on medication, the cramp feeling goes off much faster.
My tummy is also constantly hard like a rock.

haha, think is mother's love bah that makes u more emotional.. I cried during my 1st birth too, but is only when my 1st visitor came to visit me. hehe

try to get more sleep if can and leave to CL to attend baby at night, otherwise u wont get enough of rest.

i dunno leh...both my deliveries were with epi. during 1st baby contraction pains really unbearable...so i dun think i can make it without epi. With Epi u feel more relax i think perhaps once u relax, labour will be considered easy?

My bb arrived last night at 10.08pm

brought forward e csection due to reduced foetus movement.. so last min admitted to mt alvernia at 8pm...

Yup, like what Enne said, have sex often cos sperm can soften cervix or you can try stimulate nipple, both method can bring labour faster if u want.. hehe
 
me just came back from lunch. had a sandwich at soup spoon and went to supermart to get some ham and cheese for hubby's brekkie tom.

wow, looks like Dr Chan really ex now. think its e gynae's fees that made up most of your bill eh? how much did you end up topping up in cash? am hoping I will be able to get the newly refurbished room on the 6th floor when its my turn.hee..

u taking ventolin as well? my gynae also got mention the anti-contraction pills will increase my glucose reading, your gynae increase your glucose reading to wat range? now i got so much cravings n its so hard to resist... wat to do, endure a while more, but sometimes i do take 1 or 2 small mouthful..

oh really? i really hope it will b fast. no epi prefered if possible. i hate the side effects of epi.

u had wine or liqour in your confinement food? i realised tat during my first time i had alcohol in my confinement food n bb sleeps in the day most of the time, but when i cut down on the alcohol then its better. i think maybe bb drunk? =p

yes, i taking ventolin and 2 other types. My gynae said as long my reading less than 9 is okay.
(I did a test before. First i take my glucose reading, then i take the medicine and water, nothing else. Half an hour later, i take my glucose reading again. Instead of going down, my glucose reading went up.)

Hehe, sometimes i also take a few sinful bites now and then to curb my cravings.
 
iluvbli55 - ya, my due date on 08-Nov. As long as I pull thr this week, think I will be fine le, cause next week on, I will be on ML. Now its really tedious having to come to work everyday with a painful pelvic area and severe lack of sleep. Wake up so many times at night due to heartburn, and to go to the loo...haiz..

yeah lor, sometimes really have to eat a bit hor? or else very xin ku, but i make sure i drink lotsa of weter after tat.

btw, nowadays u will feel indigested? cos hor i feel that sometimes after 2 hrs i still haven not digested my food n my readings might b slight higher too leh.

Bear - Cody so cute....my Piper will heck care and pounce on the food de...she is those I rather die eating dog...keke...For christmas, the dogs will have abit of what we humans are eating...turkey, honey baked ham, ribs, etc. Of course only abit lar. I allow them to taste abit of what we are eating, other than those that are poisonous for the dogs lar. ^^ Come to think abt it, havent taken my doggy pict for along time le...haiz...lazy mummy!!

i dunno whether got or not...yday dinner i think there were some wine in the pig kidney but i doubt thats the reason coz on Monday nite, we tapao food from outside since CL only arrived at abt 5pm... no time to cook...but bb still at nite eyes big big wanna be carried by CL... actually first nite i was up mainly due to my gal...no due to my boy... it was last nite i was up due to my baby boy... then CL told me after drinking, he still eyes big big wanna be carried by her...

today, other than latching on, i expressed 90ml so far... preparing for tonite... after i latch later, will express again so hope got enuff for CL to feed at nite then i can sleep longer...when she run out of EBM, then wake me up to latch...

Already now he begs for a bit of my bread every morning cos he simply loves bread..

Maybe different gynae has different practice.
My weight has been constant since i'm detected with GD (except the first 2 weeks, which i received a long talk with my gynae about my diet) but the baby is gaining weight. So in some way, you can said i'm been losing weight.

I went to bed quite late last nite..hence, i heard her screaming for mummy...and ran over to my room to pacify her...after that, she slept till 9am this morning...we had to wake her up!

i dare not shower in hospital.. coz last time i got very bad experience...once i went for an op... then i showered in the hospital...on the day of discharged, when i reached home, i kenna very bad cold, fever etc...
