Tat's fine, dreamyjo. My hb's family kept a poodle now 10+ yrs, so old and almost blind. Few yrs ago, they felt a lump in her body and brought her to a vet @ Animal Clinic @ Sunset way. The vet just assumed its a lump and had the dog operated to remove it and realised its a puppy! And the vet even put the puppy under strong lights to examine it. Don't remember how was that puppy already. But there are really lousy vets around.

I have to agree with Jo. Most of these vets are very very young (wonder where are the old ones). some of them even younger than me. I am extremely frustrated with vets bcos i keep small animals. Granted they are more complicated to learn but imagine one Aussie vet told me that there is no cure for mites for my guinea pigs!!! aft searching for very long i finally settled for Dr Ling at Namly Animals Clinic. She is very gd and patient, also willing to try other stuff like vitamins to keep my pets in top shape.
Dreamyjo, i think u need to start saving for overseas education liao. No vet courses in S'pore. The closest is vet studies in TP, where u learn to become a vet tech. heehee.

Minkybear, that's why i chose TMC. Heard more interactive and more hands on.. why dun u try TMC too? me and Peanut are in the same class, starting Sept 6.

my tummy now quite round v obvious if wear body hugging clothes. lolx.. only 4mth+ nia.. die la... too flat worry bb growth. round oso worry will put on too much weight. recently feel quite itchy at tummy & backside area.. haiz!! duno izzit cos of the expanding or lack of calcium..

Hi mummies, I just came back from Detail Scan @ TMC. it was quite interesting. i think the sonographer really took time to examine everything carefully.
I'm now 20wks 1 day. baby weighs 342g. confirmed 100% mickey liao. strange that they dun measure the length of baby's body anymore coz the sonographer say, now most of the parts are developed, they can measure part by part, so no measurements for body length.
I also start to feel the pop sensation few days back. i think it might be the baby movements! so interesting!

Be careful of such creams. Some of them such as P*lmer's Cocoa Butter seems to cause rashes. I used it and tio rashes. I tried a J&J one with shea butter also tio rashes.
Generally I think when our tummy grow, such itchy de. But these stretch mark creams give me visible rashes. So I stop all liao.

Su Mei: it's exciting but also scary becos they will be pre-term and got to stay in hospital for a while. my first son came home on the 2nd day after delivery together with me. it was so much easier to feed him & all.
