I will be having a maid so dun think I will hire a CL too. Only problem is the food. My mum also dunno how to cook confinement food. I juz bought a book on confinement cooking yesterday for my mum and maid. If fail then try catering.

sometimes i also feel uncomfortable sleeping flat on my back, need to put an extra pillow then more comfortable.. but it'll cause neck/backaches next morning.. Otherwise if sleeping on 1 side, i'll keep reminding myself to sleep on the left side. U gals know abt this?

morning ladies,
i'm having a very bad headache on my right side only and ache on my right eye whenever i blink my eye since last sat until now still haven't cure. Can't even sleep on my right side which will be more headache. Am i having migraine? Anyone experience this? i'm going to see dr later, can't even focus on work today

really sorry to hear about your dogs... i really cannot imagine the pain you guys must be feeling.... when i read ur posts, i also can't control and cried...coz i am very worried abt my dog too... he will be 11 yrs old next month and I really hope he can live a healthy and super long life. I hope I will not be faced with the tough decision you ladies had to go throu....Dreamyjo, i think it is the best that your dog passed on peacefully naturally.... i hope when the inevitable time arrives for my doggie, it will be the same... 11 years has been so long as he has been a part of our lives i really can't imagine life without him around.... he is juz such a joy to have ard...

I ever tried putting a pillow to support my back when sleeping on sides. Whenever I toss to sides, I will shift the pillow to support the back. But also feel so tired the next day cos didn't sleep well. Couldnt sleep flat on my back too. Only cld sleep left and right side and cldnt hug my bolster anymore cos of growing tummy. Look forward to weekends where I can sleep much longer.

Likely is your baby lah. Coz I get it now and then too. I use my palm put a bit of pressure there then my baby will either move away (no more ache) or squiggle ard and snuggle back (got movement then ache still there). So I know its baby lor.

For me 2nd tri is a lot better than first. But I keep getting rashes & backaches. I have been a side sleeper all along so no much problem sleeping on my left. Even then, still feel tired coz of the increasing weight.

Dreamyjo, glad some retail therapy worked for u! i think the yoga centre at Novena is Whatever.com.sg. it seems quite attractive to me cos at least it allows u to go for trial lessons before u decide if u wanna book a pkg. plus it is near to my parent's place.
Bladers, the Chinatown shop i mentioned before sells the Chinese herbs.

Bear, the one I saw at Baby Kingdom ... the babycot is white in color @ $359.. it's the one out of the two babycots which you will first see when you stepped into the shop and it's the biggest babycot there. Dun tell me out of stock already. Anyway, someone mentioned a shop @ Upp Cross Street selling cheap baby stuffs. I will go over and have a look and see if it's cheaper than Baby Kingdom and Hyperstore. Will keep you updated.

wow, there seems to be a lil of shopping activity going on already!! i feel like i am so unprepared. hubby and i still tryin to puzzle how to fit the baby cot, extra storage for baby stuff into our home. coz we are only stayin in our current home for another year prob so we have already utilized most of the space.=P

mayb u try having a hot bath before u sleeP? that is what i do.. But his mum always ask me why i bath so late not good for bb.. i was like.. this is my habit wat.. besides i only take quick bath, if need to wash hair i'll do it next morning.. So wats e big problem..

sorry for the late reply. I change diapers on the bed previously, that's y it streches my back and hurt on n off.. sometimes can feel the (suan ness).. I think is good to get a changing table, cause it is higher, so need not bend that much. Ikea got sell, think it is not ex, and can convert to a table if bb are not using anymore. hope this helps

ha, ur son also cute.. in fact these 2 days, my son also go near his daddy's tummy and like want to sayang like that, then i told him baby is in mummy's tummy, not daddys.

Bear, you are rite. It doesnt come with drawers. I know there are other colors for that model. I'm not too sure how much is the cot in other colors. Didn't take note of the model no. Guess I have to make a trip to Baby Kingdom again then Upp Cross Street. Will check for you on the Maclaren Techno.

Sumei, Pure Yoga got prenatal yoga right? issit ex? i def need to tone up my muscles. my osteopath said that my muscles not tone hence not able to support the additional wt of the bb. hence here pain there pain.

yes. Pure yoga offer prenatal yoga..Can check out the website on that.. Im on monthly package for quite sometimes liao. Initially, dont want to commit so much.. but i didnt attend the prenatal yoga b4. Cos i suspended my membership the moment i got preg.

u can try giving La Vache qui rit Party cubes. It comes in small cubes size just perfect for your toddler. Actually all cheese are high in sodium, so just give moderation.
