Frankly speaking.. i'm such a lazy mum i wont go and find out much.. And i dont tink i would wan to go for those popular ones tt wil cost a bomb.. Most impt ting is it wil b a place tts easy for my MIL to pick her up.. which in this case mus b those PAPs under HDB blocks liao.. I know i sound really heck care.. but esp at this time when i'm feeling so sleepy after a bad nite i dun wan to tink abt it at all..

my gal quite high fever so she kept waking up and whine thruout the nite.. then i've to settle her back to sleep again and again.. also need to check her temp now and then and sponge her lor.. Woke up uncountable times man... zzz....

Tink i always put my niece/nephew as benchmark.. they only start playgroup ~3 tts y i'm not so gan cheong yet la.. Besides since my MIL stil can manage her so why the hurry put her in child care.. if wan her to leanrn something, those weekly few hrs lesson is good enuf.. tts my tot..

peanut-yesh.. my #1 went playgrp quite late.. ard 30mths I think.. coz my MIL can manage and also initially she dun wish to send him so early coz worried get sick often.
so far so good la. I dun think he lag behind.. but I KS now, so send him for weekend enrichment class, this I can bring myself so ok la wun ma fan MIL.
actually we as parents or the caregiver must be 'hardworking' to teach them when at home.. so still ok if dun go sch so young.

yes agree... if we make effort to teach and read to them at home.. its not necessary to start them on child care so soon if you're already having a caregiver.. Only diff is mayb of cos la e teacher will b able to teach better... and also they hav more exposure to bigger group of children and thus improve on social skills mayb.. Now at home i also got read books, sing songs with big actions somemore.. ahaha.. and engage in some art and crafts activities which are normally taken care of by her Gu Ma.. tsk tsk..

Yesterday, Lucas was sitting on his high chair drinking his soup already cooled and I sit right beside him watching "Ai" .. yah I know its auntie show .. I dun chase it but will watch if I'm at home. THen he suddenly keep tell mi "clean clean" .. I look at his face .. okay leh .. then he look at his shorts ... all wet! I say " No wonder u ask mummy clean clean lah .. pour the soup all over ur shorts, chair and the floor" Then faster wash him up.
