Mint, I have been guiding M to use the pen grip using jumbo crayons. But at times she reverts to palm grip when colouring. Tot I introduce the colour pencils to help her transition to the next stage. Btw how was jitterbugs?

for R, i showed her how to hold a pen a few times and somehow she got it. she went through a phase where all she did was write. i think that's how she learned how to hold a pen properly. she had lots of practice.
