I seldom add fruits puree into the cereal cos i tried adding apple puree but she dun like
Nvr try again so far. She likes to drink plain water! When i give her Heinz cereal wif FM she dun like, I suspect it is bcos the texture not so smooth. I think she prefer HT brown rice cereal as the texture is smoother. What other brand of cereal can i try?

I am abit concerned tat if she dun take enuff iron-fortified cereal she might have iron deficiency??? But then she seems to be normal and happy most of the time. I mix heinz and organix so as not to waste e heinz. at least he will open his mouth.

Princess, organix can only be bought from vitakids (forum) and carrefour - a separate organic section.
It's not easy to buy organix here as it runs OSS super fast.

mummies, i just bought a car seat too. was using nania, but at that time baby couldnt support his neck n it wasn't suitable so sold off @ a great loss! mil claim its not good for posture etc.
am using graco junior now..my boy loves it! v comfy, even for infant who dunno how to support neck, its v good. frm 0-4yrs old. expensive but good investment. =)

to add on, it has 5 recline positions to upright. for infants, its like a flowerpod, lots of cushioning.
thing is, the supplier for tis car seat is OOS. only other place to get it is at toys r us, and it's $100 more ex!!
unless you can wait til nxt yr...mabbe if a few mummies get together, i can help u contact supplier see can get discount...heehee!

Fell from Bed
My ger just fell from bed after her nap n play while i was washing her clothes. I heard a loud sound followed by the scream i hv never heard or seldom heard n i saw my ger' eyes shut crying. I found the bolster next to her. I also cried while trying to soothe her. It took abt 5mins then ok. I tgt she banged her back head but i see no redness. Only her left face is red so i presumed she hit left on the parquet floor while fell together w the adult bolster. My heart really dropped. After she was soothed, she forgot she fell n want to play. I was then relieved but i think i wd monitor for any abnormality for the next 3 days. Just sms hb abt this scary incident
i qn myself if i am waiting for this to happen b4 putting her to nap in her cot. I knew she turn n learning to be on her fours but i did nothing. I wonder if 90% of bb all kenna this accident. I felt so bad. That happened abt 2.45pm
Hmm latest scary incident that i felt guilty towards my bb for wat happened.

just a reminder to all mummies:
dont use bolster to put at the bed side as a guard for baby while they are sleeping cos they can easily roll over, cos our babies now are very mobile. I usually put adult pillows instead. hope this help!

then last week, brought him back to my parents' place, he don't have a cot to sleep in over there. So we intend to buy a playpen to let him sleep in it. In the end, after we knew that playpen can only sleep for another few more months, we decided not to spend the money. So let him sleep beside us. That very morning, he woke up before we do, and fell right down from the bed. And the bed is not the Japanese style low kind, is actually quite high. But he smiled right after he cried and saw that we woke up to carry him. aiyo, that very very day, i quickly go down to robinson and got a Graco playpen that is 3x my initial budget.
Anyone want to buy Graco Playpen? I bought it at $368- after disc $294, and then he can only use for a few more months. A little wasted. But then, i felt more guilty, cos just wanted to save a little bit of money and cause him to fall down.

Falls: Byron fell of the bed too 2 days ago. After reading so many accidents happening and telling myself to be more careful so that it will not happen to him, he still fell. The worst was I was actually taking a nap with him on the bed but i think he woke up sooner than me. He must be doing his reverse crawling action too quickly and next thing i heard a loud THUD! my heart stop when i saw him face down on the floor. And my bed is the super high storage bed! He cried a bit but smiled when he saw me crying too ha. So far ok, no bumps or vomiting.
