Burpybabe - how much is your SS? Keep drinking water. Mine still stays almost the same as previous weeks haha. I am always supplementing with FM all this while.
 
Koori - my supply is about 100ml per pump for both sides.. and i pump 4 times a day... and other times i latch baby on directly... but after latching on, bb slp for a short while, would ask for milk again.. that's when i will bottle feed her my ebm.. that's why my supply everyday is just nice for 1 day... finding it difficult to store additional milk. think its really time for me to start on my fenugreek. haha...

my supply also just enough for the day. baby is starting to latch on for longer periods of time. i'm getting worried too, hope my supply will increase accordingly. i've been taking fenugreek one pill a day for a few days now. not sure if it has really helped with supply, but no negative side effects so will continue

has anyone taken Mother's Milk Tea? Does it help with supply?

Jamie - my bb took enfalac but stool is mustard yellow color? How come differnt? I got feed her with BM also.

i also wan to take 6-in-1 called my family doc liow told me to go onli when bb is 2mths old...so i can skip the pd visit liow...since its onli for the jab...

Hi babes, wanna find out where r u all going for ur bb's jabs? I hv been going TMC's baby &amp; child clinic, however, am considering polyclinic or even GP near my hse at Choa chu kang. So far, those who hv been to polyclinic how's the queue &amp; charges? I am only worried polyclinics too "messy" with all sorts of sick patients...

i realised when my bb cannot poop, she keep waking up.. today after poop, she sleep very well..

Cherish: my boy cries loudly when he cannot poop, it's true tt he slps better after pooing.

Can I chk if any1 solely express ur BM to feed bb? This is wad I do and I felt so tired to wake up every 3 - 4 h at night. Is it a must 2 wake up every 3-4 h at night in order to keep up with supply?

i also express and feed bb thru btl cos mil can help mi feed also, then i can rest in the noon. nite time, i will feed him with Fm cos too tired and troublesome to warm EBM. and normally i express b4 i sleep and the next morning. i do not wake up in middle of nite to express.

blessed, i also wake up to express BM in the middle of the nite. I will usually express before i slp ard 11 and then wake up at 3plus to express another time. then will wake up at 7am and start to feed baby direct when she wakes up....
 
My baby solely BM but her she has been pooing green stools for 2 times today. that's why we are wondering whats wrong coz normally her stool is yellow in colour.

my bb stools is mustard yellow and a bit watery....she poo many times a day...

i feed her BM most of the time except 1-2x FM at nite....wonder when her stools will be more solid n less often....now changing diapers is every 2-3hrly....very xiong...ha ha ha
 
Blessed, I have to feed bb Jay with EBM. Used to be ok with milk ss but now not too good cos very busy taking care of bb myself. But I will wake up once in the night (also abt 3am) to express. Have to continue to drink lotsa soup and fluids to keep up with the ss.

Ya, me will wake up 2 express too... like a zombie cow like that! For me, i got my mum 2 cook papaya soup with zhu1 (pig) gu3 (bone) and it helps a little to bosst my supply. Dunno if its psychological but my ss is ard 900 - 950 ml per day, just ve abt 100 ml left for standby. But v tiring! Got 2 days, overslept and miss 1 express chance, but total supply still the same as compared to prev days (I keep a daily record), so was wondering if i can sleep thru 6 h else v tiring to wake up every 3 - 4 hrly.

Are u the mum who stays in Sembawang? Cos when Sadiah did the PN massage for me, she told me she got 1 client b4 me at 930am... heehee, mayb u r the mummy! Btw, when u use PIS, do u turn the power on and off to switch to let down mode or u just at 1 time let machine express out every drop?

I have more or less decided to get the PIS advanced after renting it for 2 wk. Am so convinced abt its function. Btw, I ve emailed firstfewyrs asking if get more pumps fr them, got bulk discount anot... if got, is there any1 who is interested? Waitin for their reply now...
 
blessed - woah.. that's alot of milk. do you let baby latch on or you solely feed bb with EBM? I cannot really gauge my daily supply. Coz baby will latch on most of the times in the day and will only drink the EBM at nite by the nanny. i only manage to express 4 times a day and each time about 100ml.. but last nite i managed to express 200ml. dunno if its due to the fenugreek that i started taking last nite or because it was about 6 hours since my last pump. hehe... hope that fenugreek is useful for me.

think i have only about 4 more weeks to let her latch on directly for the whole day before i will have to wean her off slightly and only let her latch on at night to prepare her to be fed through bottle..

First few yrs have replied. Sad to say, they dont offer bulk discount, best price is what is reflected on the webbie. When I chk the US PIS advanced, it is retail at US230 only, but they dont ship to Sg.

Burpy: I solely express and even if i latch on, its ard 5 min to let bb clear block ducts. I drank papaya soup twice a week, eat ngor hee (fish) and drink longan juice everyday, dunno if this helps!

For PIS, i rent fr toyrentalclub but find its more worthwhile to buy if intend to pump for 1/2 y or more.

can't remember what is price from local gnc store, but if u want to try to increase supply asap no point waiting for spree, might as well buy from store

i'm on bf and ebm. before i sleep around 11pm i pump and empty my breasts. then sleep through the night. in the morning around 6+ to 7, there is engorgement and milk leakage, and i use the avent Isis handpump to pump out about 2 oz to relieve engorgement. then go back to zzz. after breakfast and morning feed, i pump thoroughly to empty my boobs again.
