my ms is still there and I still have bloated stomach everyday. It's worse after every meal. Everyday, it's only office to home and home to office to me. I also have congested chest every night and I'm already 14 weeks

yeah if you subscribe to Family Digital Pack tune in to Channel 70 for the show Birth Day. they show people giving birth, whether in water or at home or in the hospital. all give birth so noisy one. when i gave birth to my first one, there's hardly any noise. paisay leh..

when i got leg cramp last time i simply flex my leg the other way means i stretch my foot to point downward. it always does the trick. i get plenty of leg cramps in the middle of the night last time. no need messages. when that happens, do that and u can resume sleeping.

My mother-in-law bought me some olive oil treatment for hair and tell me to apply around my belly. she say it is to help prevent stretch mark. hehe... oh well just try it loh.

I so scare of night time. No appetite, cannot eat much but then gastric problem follow if I don't eat much. I am always having dreams of eating varieties of food quite frequently which I never had before. Do other mummies have this kind of weird dreams?

dun buy calcium tablets and fish oil yet. when i signed up for my gynae's antenatal package, all those were included as part of my package. i paid $800 in total.

wow we have 60 march mommies but active not many lah. there were some days where it gets too active that 2 hours never login, already lost one page liao hahaha.

stretchmark,
some say no use b'cos they believe stretchmarks are hereditary. if your mom has it then u're going to get it too. my mom only has stretchmarks after 4th pregnancy so i just applied to be kiasu. now no stretchmark after 1st delivery. prevention is better than cure lor.

I went to see GP as my next appointment with my gynae is end of September. GP gave me Suntacid. Although I feel a bit better after the medicine but I don't wish to take too much of it.... I only take when I really feel terrible. I have taken too many mc in August so this month, I try my very best not to take to date.

My gyne told me to take it once she found out I was preg at 6wks. Said it's good for brain development. If you're not comfortable, can eat more fish..salmon. It's the same thing.

That's funny... we share the same gynae but she asks me just to take folic acid lei, not even multi-vitamin until now. My previous gynae also gives me multi-vitamin and calcium tablets in my second trimester and never introduce fish oil or whatever other things. So I thought baby cannot absorb all these vitamins now. Dr Kek says there is no need for any other supplements for now. So I need only folic acid. *scratch head*
My next appointment is 22nd Sept.

wah, quite a lot of you are taking lots of supplements. I am only taking folic acid cos it is small enough. I didnt take the prenatal vitamin pill that my gynae prescribed to me cos I find it is a bit huge. Have difficulty swallowing all these pills since young. I had lots of rest yday.. finally today my headache subsided but still feeling very sleepy whole day. Tomorrow back to work.. Boring day starts again..

The fish oil was prescibe by my previous gyne at KK. She gave me everything. Folic acid, multi-vit, neurogain & calcium pills. So I've been taking all those for the past 2 mths now. And she even told me to stop going to the gym, she said better to be careful in the 1st trimester.

There are always gonna be ppl (bosses) like. Don't let it get you down. Different ppl have different priorities. If she continues to behave like this, it might be a good idea to sit down with her and to discuss targets which are acceptable to both.. this way she will know you're still productive and you can manage your workload better. And tell her that you're stressed out.
