Time really files.. we are now in the mid of 2nd trimester.
Sometimes I really wish to "unload" my boy soon. He's so big that my tummy feel so stretched esp @ nite. Imagine he grew 500g within e last 1 mth, he weights 960g @ wk 26 leh. I only gained about 3kg since pregnancy. Have been talking to him daily to moderate his weight gain, I dun wan to spend CNY doing confinement.
I cannot even walk for long now, feeling like an elephant & e sciatic nerve pain made things worse... hope everything goes well during my holiday in Phuket next week</font>

I tried conceiving some days before the "ovulation period" and got a gal. Cos my period are regular 28 days, so easier to guess the ovulation period.

actually colostrum being early before 3rd trimester is quite common. i've had it about a month or two back. i have crusty yellow stuff on my nipples in the morning. i just scrape it off and clean it. if i press, got transparent or yellowish liquid coming out.

dun take it so hard about the chinese horoscope, me and my dad the chinese horoscope also not match infact is enemy..rabbit and roaster but we get along quite well and i love him too....it's all about bonding u have with u child.

SINGAPORE: If you've bought chocolate cakes from bakery chain Prima Deli, you should throw them away.
The advice comes from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA).
The two agencies say these cakes are likely to contain a bacteria called Salmonella Enteriditis, which has caused some people to get food poisoning.
Salmonella is a group of bacteria that can cause symptoms such as fever, watery diarrhoea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
106 people have so far reported getting food poisoning after eating the cakes. Six had to be hospitalised, but have since been discharged. They tested positive for Salmonella Enteritidis.
The onset of illness for the last case was on 26 November. The effects are felt usually six to 72 hours after eating contaminated food.
The MOH was first notified of a food poisoning incident on 23 November. As more cases of food poisoning were reported, investigations showed that the common food item in the various incidents were Prima Deli chocolate cakes bought as early as 19 November.
The MOH and AVA conducted joint inspections of Prima Food Pte Ltd, which produces chocolate cakes for all Prima Deli retail outlets. Food and environmental samples were taken for laboratory analysis.
Preliminary results suggest Salmonella is the likely culprit. Prima Food has been told to stop the production of all chocolate cakes and to recall all these cakes from distribution and sale.
Meanwhile, food handlers are being screened and investigations are being conducted to determine the source of the contamination.
The MOH said illnesses from Salmonella poisoning usually last four to seven days and most patients recover with no long-term health effects. Severe cases may require hospitalisation for re-hydration and/or antibiotic treatment.
Anyone with symptoms after consuming these cakes should seek immediate medical attention.

Yea i am fine! just that had bad intestine problem (dont know the term). i highlighted to my gynae that i am having diarrhea too frequently for this pregnancy. He told me to visit him whenever i feel uncomfortable as normal gp doesnt work for me. Oh well! contaminated food again this time and my intestine are way too sensitive. just abit only then i will have diarrhea. last night even had fever and diarrhea 8 times. Sighz.. today stomach still cramping on and off.. so rested whole day.. tomorrow back to work.
Gynae advise me to stop all my milk intake or anything associated with milk such as Milo, coffee, tea everything and watch what i eat.
Damn man! No coffeeeee how to survive hahhaa.. i can get headaches from no coffee.. guess for baby i'll have to endure.. He says that it wont affect baby for sure just that i will feel alot discomfort. however, i still feel uneasy lah.
Have been eating porridge yday and today. Whatever food go in, i can feel pain in my tummy. Sighz!

yesterday went to see Dr Loh and boy! was there a crowd at KKH. Waited 2hr 15 min to see him... apparently he had to do 5 c-section in the morning and so everything pushed back. So many people there and some families really came with "quan jia da xiao"... like kampong .. hehe.. good thing the chairs are pretty comfortable.. but alas! after the visit,I chickened out of B1 and decided to go to the Private Suite of KKH instead for subsequent appt. Hopefully no "kampong" there :0P
My 3 gals are growing well. A bit small at about 500g but no choice i guess. i'm suffering from Braxton Hicks. On & off. Good thing there is medication to keep it under control.
Maybe it's psychological, today i feel my tummy heavier than normal ... hmm...

hehe, actually, i m a fan of prima deli cakes..maybe due to convenience cos the shop is abt 1 bus stop fr my hse..so whoever birthday, will just buy fr them.
only during my #1's first bday, then we ordered fr coffee bean..
today's latest news said those who bought any other items fr them must discard.kind of feel sad for them cos majority customers' trust will be gone...
personally, i will not be buying fr them already..will be switching to coffee bean
and this hb of mine who wana treat me to prima revolving resturant said no need to go there also..since all related..oh well !
