Hi mummies,

So happy today. Finally got my triple test result. It's normal. Waited one week for the result. Feel so relieved now.

liyun, i have taken the above mentioned food once during my pregnancy. I guess. eat in moderation should not be a prob. not like eat everyday or week, or eat in great quantity. i took 2 mouthful of stingray to satisfy my craving and a small bowl of sharkfin soup.
 
oh dear.... stingray already 2 times (as dinner) and sharkfin worst.... 2 months' time 3rd wedding... more to come. Think I will not eat them anymore. =[

Yah, i agree that I do feel that she is kinda rushing thru our appts! But, she is indeed very skillful as she is a fetal medicine doc! so..in terms of our baby's development, she shld be very well informed abt it..

Her package is sure pricey too!!! I just signed up her $1500 second trimester package.. and was asking her.. so is there any detail scan during my 20th wk! She mentioned that.. every appt is a detailed scan for us ... hmm, not sure how it can be but hope she is not a fetal medi for nothing! hahahaha.. Heard frm my sis, her stitching job is quite good too.. :p

DR Ann Tan has already built up her reputation in SGH thru her skill before she jump to Mt E. As for DR Tan Hak Koon's Q, I could say it's still not too bad cos he dun tok a lot. But some ppl may not like his style if thay want a chatty DR to get more assurance.

what my hubby and I like the most are the red eggs and the ang ku kuehs. These r the things that are very symbolic. I am thinking of my colleagues who will not be coming to the first month celebration. btw, if friends and relatives come to our house for lunch, we still need to give out these ar? one more question, if it is a working day, will they still come?

Is advisable that we should wear bra which no underwire now. u can wear sport bra also instead of nursing bra now or if extension bra help u can use that cause now our breast still not that big. maybe wait till the 3rd trimester then u can buy some nursing bra to wear,

I'm also looking for a strapless bra with good support, went to a few maternity shops yesterday but no luck. Then one of the sales girl was telling me can try Marks & Spencer next.
 
Can anyone share on how to care for nipples at this stage?

Whenever I shower, I notice that got some yellowish/whitish stuff on nipple. Only obvious when wet. I wash with normal soup and water but not all comes off. Also, dare not rub too hard in case got abrasion. Headache what can I do and what are those stuff???
 
maybe u all can tru ERO bra shop....me use to buy tube bra from there...gd support ... still wearin it nw too.....getting abit tight liao

ladies, I just came back from Jurong Point Robinson (SALE). I bought NUK milk bottles (set of 3) size 1 (0-6months)*guess it means the nipple* for only $18. Other sizes also have but the set's price cost from $18 and above. Not bad deal i feel... Got Robinson card got another 5% rebate to your month end bill as well. PLUS now got special vouchers to give above for purchase above $10... Sorry, I forgot the date untill when.

anyone has recommendation on pimple cream suitable for preggy? i read that cream including salicylid acid, and benz acid, and rectin-a is not suitable for preggy. that means no oxy5,oxy10 and no clearasil, and not even H2O's anti-acne!
