Updates on our Mega Party @ JWT-Kids on 16 Aug!

Have contacted the Centre Manager ... unfortunately, she said the packages are quite standard and it's unlikely they could replace the items we do not need with other items.

For standard package, at most they can only offer to replace the helium balloons with 50% trial class coupons.

For deluxe package, they can replace the invitation cards to give us more helium balloons if we want each baby to have 1 balloon.

Have tentatively booked Sat 16 Aug and only available timing is 4.30 pm - 6.30 pm. They will only hold the booking for us latest till Mon, where a $100 deposit has to be made to confirm the booking.

How mummies? You all wanna proceed? Problem now is ... our participants' list is not even confirmed yet ... how to split the deposit? We must make sure we have at least min 20 pax to go for the standard package.

This is where I need help now! Heeee ... anyone can suggest how to solve the $100 deposit problem? Not fair to get someone pay the entire amount first mah ... what if last min. people start pulling out right?

Btw hor mummies, both packages don't include food hor. They provide table cloth, cutleries etc. but would require us to bring our own food. There will be a short break after 1 hour. So you all wanna get some simple snacks and drinks? To save costs, we can just prepare some packet drinks and perhaps cakes or what then split costs?

Shop n Save got discount on cetain brands of milk powder. but dunno is it for stage 2 one.. hee

Mummies, do you think we should cap at 25 babies? If 25 babies, each has to pay $25.80 for Standard Package and $27.80 for Deluxe Package. Suggest we go for the latter cos for $2 more, you can enjoy 1 more free trial.
