her new trick is to attempt to hand a ring at her nose & stack the rest..cheeky gal!

more than wat i expected. However, i am impressed that the spring roll is pretty big althot it is suppose to be mini spring roll, very crispy when they deliver to my place. The lady told me can feed 60 pax. The only disappointing dish is the honey pork rib, doesnt look gd and doesnt taste that nice.

The Yam paste is very gd.

D cake is those very rich n sweet kind until u cant finish. Whole top layer is those sugar paste (not sure if it's called marzipan), so supposed to be a field then d cake itself is d soil cos it's chocolate. All of d little trees n figurines can be eaten, reason why it's so ex also cos all hand-made like play-dough.
 
ooh, sound like glad cake too. her cake is also all edible, all made of sugar paste and sugar layer... but is 9" by 6" cake look very small?

anyone here know where is SKP for those buying of boxes etc?

$400+ for a cake from mezza9 which is good, I'm sure it's worth it bah. Maybe your hubby's god-brother thinks that lifetime once 1st birthday, willing to spend on a ex cake for the daughter and since he can afford why not? plus plus, u see the cake finished by the guests hor.. heart si bei happy one.. ahhahahahha..
But hor.. the cake really very nice!

oic. But very nice cake though it is very ex. Agreed with Fruitee, maybe your hubby's god-brother thinks that in a whole lifetime only once 1st birthday, it is worth it as long as the guests are happy and finished all the cake.

..I love Emerson cake..cause hor veri detail leh like a little pretty display with all the set up nicely done, n I always love pooh theme..!

My heart almost drop when the figuring on top drop off before the cake cutting...phew

For all d pains n efforts parents nowadays put in for their precious ones, i can only say they are damn fortunate, but still nothing compares to d unconditional love n undivided attention we can give them...

My friend's cousin die after giving birth to a twins by c-sect bcoz not enough blood in the bank. If you see today channel 8 news got report.

My uncle sat fall down & slip into coma...Today pass away...

My friend's dad also pass away this morning...

Life is really so unpredictable...

Oh dear, I just saw the news report on TV. Was telling my hb abt it. So Sad. But the death cert wrote it's heart prob leh...She passed away 2hrs after the twins are born, right?

the staff at hosp told the hb that not enuff blood in blood bank..so the next day he asked 200 over frens and relatives to go donate blood..they reached the blood bank at 830...the hb actioned the staff there said wanna tok to them..but hte staff actioned back said not open yet..cannot tok..pengz..ren min guan tian leh...then that night the woman died...
the death cert indicated heart prob...but still need to wait for results...dun think they will put due to blood bank no blood..or the staff dun want to entertain tahts y died...

I saw that new js now too..so sad, how can they said that it require higher level approval to utilise more blood from the blood bank..like wat the hb said, do they need approval to save a life?? so disappointed with these "red tape" policies..BTW, do u koe which hospital?
 
I also saw the news. Oh dear.. very sad.. so many passed away in the family.

Yb - I heard screams..actualy i scared too, but i just had to remain calmed..coz everyone's eyes on us. haha
