yes...in fact WE saw u (oc n me lah)..but we too bz looking at some stuff and u oso bz listening to some promoters telling u stuff...so by the time we turm our heads to look for u again...u nowhere to be found...but we saw Cheri..i was bz looking at Nestle milk powder...so didnt had a chance to tok to her....paiseh ah cheri!!!

Zoe, less than 1yo. Wearing pull up pants cos it is easier to change when we are out. I put on pants for Julian now cos we have hard time changing his diaper.

Nepia pant is still my 1st choice

Thanks. Was wondering cos thinking whether to stock up on diapers or pants. D wears pants when we travel and sometimes when we're out but I find them too warm/fitting cos of the all round elastic waist.

Pants - I prefer to wear pants for E too, coz he's super wormy when we try to lie him down. Its so much easier to change him when he's outside. Provided he didnt poo. I want to wear pants for him at home too, but ex compared to normal diapers. Anyone knows what's the cheapest brand of pants? I tried to search for NEPIA PANTS at NTUC, but cant find them at my side...
 
really.. i feel tat too... after wat the auntie over there explain to me... i have 3 nieces and nephew at home... they never used pants before... as i stay with my mil.. so she will always give me the advise whether or not to do wat.. or wat to use..:p i saw u mummies post about this NEPIA brand b4.. but just tat not too sure wat kind of brand it is ... so never dare to try...

i'm Cheri, sahm too and my baby girl was born in late may 06. i'm staying in the west area too...r u thinking of structured playgroups or just informal meetups?
 
momoko and wendy - i tried out drypantz for my girl too but she dun seem to suit leh...got nappy rash after that...maybe too tight...am using huggies diapers for her now.
 
YB - my 1 year old girl is still sleeping in her cot now (lowest level) and i use 2 bumpers one on top of the other...so far...seems to be fine...despite her knocking and falling everywhere, she has not had any hard knocks yet cos of the bumpers...some of my frens had to transfer their babies to sleep on the floor using mattresses maybe cos their babies are very active and cot is no longer safe for them. So it all depends, i guess.
 
white lady - i'm using the California Baby sunblock cum repellent for my baby, very good 2 in one, i guess. Sunblock should be applied at least half an hour before sun exposure to give time for the sunblock to bond with the skin to protect it...mosquito patches can buy from most pharmacies...

Pantz,
my Caitz is also wearing pants when we go out but i use mamapoko brand. I tried drypantz but leaked so i decided to try another brand to try. So far mamapoko is okay.

Nepia diapers are gd! I bought them for Caitz n am very satisfied with their quality. I also tried huggies ultra, that one also not bad.

Diaper Pants
I like Pampers best. Nepia is good too but prefer Pampers cos it's slim. Nepia a bit too much cover so it's warm.
Drypantz makes my bb's skin turn red.
Don't like MP cos too bulky.

I still prefer diapers to pants (at home) for it's ventilation. When I change my bb, I give him a really enticing item which he can't have any other time except change time to keep him on his back.
 
I only use pants for Caitz when we are outside... dunno how come she will nvr lie down to change diapers so i have to change her diapers while she is standing up thats y i use pants for her when we are outside.

But at home, she uses the normal diapers as she is willing to lie down while i change her diapers. haha maybe she is fussy over where she lie down when we are outside.

I agree with Zoe Pampers is still the slimest i find, another one is of cos huggies ultra but abit ex... i used pants too during outdoor, it's easier whe nwe can't find a place for bb to lie down... like js now change her in haagen daz while she's standing on the sofa playing my bag... oh and ylc is very experienced in using pants for caitz...

I went motherhood fair 2day... very very crowded, met poppy... POPPY remember to give me the nbr for dumex bulk purchase... sign up the magazine got free goodies as well as car mat n wooden toy box, bought wet wipes as well, 5 for $10, svensons shampoo, marie france 1 time massage and nestle new flavours cereal $2 per pk... think that's abt all, spend quite alot... too heavy no chance to go jl sale...

i think june n july,...very bz..with all the bday paties to attend and of cos bz with our own kid bday in july..so all bz..maybe in aug then can start mthly gathering again..hehehe
