blessings - i started bring zav to swim when he is ard 3mths old...

tat time i always go ard 430-5pm when the water is warm by the afternoon sun.

recently i went to aquaducks trial at suntec at 9am! was afraid tat he will be cranky becos of the cold water but he was prefectly fine!

maybe at home, during his bathing time, start by slowing introducing cooler temp water to him.

Aiyoh, I already had them for so many times liao...cos I dun BF & had them immediately after my confinement. But I noticed the flow is more but shorter days now.

MTDT, I've done my lasik 2 years ago... after that it's such a breeze, u dun have to wake up being a blind woman, feel here n there js to go toilet... i never regret for doing it... at least now when i wake up i can see the time to track what time charlene wakes up... hehe

I had lasik several years ago. All went well except that my night vision isn't that great. The only way this affects my life is night driving. Not as comfortable driving as before. There are probably glasses that can correct this but it's minor and I'm not too bothered by it.

but only bad point now is tat i cant go swimming for at least 1 mth. so bb z have to go with dad liao.

I also am considering LASIK!!! Me also very kia si.. but after having Caitlyn, who is now grabbing my glasses, I'm more determined than ever to go for the procedure.. Hubby also encouraging. I'm worried about my night vision also..

My gal totally opp of Garrick, she gulps down on solids but is drinking much lesser milk..sigh..simply drinks 100ml then refuse to drink liao...so stressed...cos bb b4 1 year old still need milk as their main diet rite ?

Zoe: I am probably buying a thermal swimwear for Ryan. Do u think is good or normal baby wetsuit is good enough? Now contemplating whether I shld also get swim diaper for him?

Lasik:
I have always wanted to go for lasik but always no time to do so. $3000 for both eyes is a good deal...used to much more expensive. MTDT: which clinic did you go to?

Yoghurt for babies:
I think wendy and zoe serve yohurt to their babies. I am now going to ask a silly question cos I just bought 4 tubs of Yoplait baby and then I realised how to serve to baby cos the yoghurt is cold. Can babies' tummies take the coldness? One tub itself looks quite a big serving.

Thermal swimwear is good (feedback fom other mums) and I'd get one if we lived in a much colder country. And I prefer to bring up my child to be tough. Hee. He'll be climbing trees, taking tumbles and roughing it out and there'll be no academic enrichment classes for him... Hee. So you know who's gonna be last in class when he's in school. ;-p Can't keep up with all the Sporean kids.

I serve it cold but you can always leave the yoghurt out of the fridge for a few minutes before serving. Dylan would finish the whole big tub if I let him ;-p but obviously I don't. I would serve half and keep the rest for the next day. It's yoghurt so it preserves well. Depends on each baby of cos. But no harm giving it a shot.

My bb ger don't like the yoghurt at all. Maybe it is sour. Tried twice, so I gave up.

blessings - my boy's swimwear is not thermal too. just normal swim material.

now tat his poo timing are more established, i dun wear swim diaper for him. only at AQ, i use the huggies swim diaper as i got it FOC from them when requested for samples.

lasik - i am going to the lasik clinic at paragon. http://www.lasiksurgeryclinic.com

Yoghurt - i will take out from the fridge for abt 10mins before giving him. and he finished 1 whole tub each time.

I got mine from the market place in Raffles city. Yoplait Baby or Organic Baby. Organic ones are more expensive, about 10.45 while yoplait cost $4.50. I think cold storage also sells as well.

thanks.Though education is important, I think being streetwise is equally vital. Sometimes I do ask my hubby what happen if Ryan excels in sports, arts, music etc etc but not keen in his study, what shall we do? We agree that it is important that he does what he likes best and excel in what he is doing and most importantly be happy. I believe that having a good education is certainly necessary but most important he must enjoys it...passion is the word.

My favourite one for Dylan is an organic one called Simply Better. $2.95 for 200ml. Low-ish sugar and tastes better than Yoplait. It's found in certain cold storages. It's 200ml in one plastic tub and I use it over several days.
