eeyore,

Yr charlene so cute with such thick hair, my gal also name charlene but look v much like boy..There was a old women tale that if yr kid start to suck toe meaning he/she looking for company (another sibling on the way)...hee...

talking about Aug tread, one of the mummies'sHB working with the media that is why they film them. I used to be in there b4 i join here. lol

Hi mummies,
For those using shampoo for your baby, how do you wash it away. sorry for the silly question as have been bathing my girl the newborn way using non-rinse cleanser for the whole body with just one tub of water.

Eeyore,
Charlene has thick hair! Are u going to bring her for a haircut?

My boy like to suck his toe too.

Mezzo,
I will carry my Boy to wash his head using the same tub of water then i place him down into the tub and wash his body.

Shampoo - i am still crabtree 2 in 1 shampoo and body wash. Is a gift from frd so i just want to finish it before it expired. Will switch to J&J later.

Mezzo,

Me too, same as hong, will use the water in the bath tub to rinse off the shampoo b4 i put my gal into the bath tub. Im oso using the non rinse cleanser but i find it nt very clean to use the water with the cleanser to wash my gal hair.

Jurong gal,

i put swim diaper when i brg my gal to swim, i scare she poo.... If ur darling poo b4 the swim then u can do w/o the swim diaper

Hi there, Mezzo I also stay in SK, which block?

Shampoo - Using Gaia now, very nice smell.

Eeyore - U can use J&J oil too. That tiime when Emerson was 3mths old, he had cradle cap and I use J&J oil on him, effective.

Insurance - Anyone has any Independant Financial Advisors to intro? Lazy to meet diff agents one by one.

Tiger Food Jar - Dont think can cook porridge inside, if can think it will take ages too...since using slow cooker already take half a day liao, use food jar dunno til when.

Sigh, experiencing some sort of discomfort "down there" most likely its yeast infection. I have it so very often bfore I was preg and after preg and 1st menses, it is finally here again to haunt me!

lala, evelyn

shampoo - sebamed for my girl as well. her hair if dun wash will smell quite bad cos she perspires easily. so need to shampoo. hmm, i juz wash it into the bathtub leh. sigh. bad mummy.. i very chin-chye.. =/

bb-clothes. hai! yesterday my girl was wearing her new fox clothes. got skirt n t-shirt one. usually she wears rompers or just long sleeve tee. BUT yesterday my MIL commented to my hubby in front of me.. (just when bb's t-shirt ride up when hubby was holding her by the arms), "how come u let her wear this type of clothes, will catch wind!" (repeat x4 in different variations).. KNOWING that most likely i bought these clothes for her.. since she herself never buy clothes at all for my girl. rar.

Jurong Gal,
I've only brought my girl swimming twice. first time no swim diaper, second time with swim diaper. so far both types is all-clear. i juz worried she poo la.. den not so nice to other residents if she does poo..

PM,

Im in 2004 Dec & 2004 Year End thread. Y?

Dsii,

Take the pill and u can no nd to pump at all? Think u do it rite, express out abit whenever u feel engorge. Last time when i planned to stop, i pump out 50%(my own estimation lah) each time and it work well for me. Last time ur breast pad nvr get wet becos u gt xpress out but now totally no so it leaks.

Lala,

U jogged 2.6km?!!?!?!? omg.......... u r GOOD! haha.. I haven't run in ages! cos just at the end of the 2nd month after delivering... i fractured my toe by walking into the sofa (i'm just plain jinxed). so doctor say cannot do running or high impact sports for the next 6 mths after that juz in case.

I swim tho! Last saturday I just swam 8 laps +! .. dunno how it's gonna help the tummy. haha.. i have this dvd called "pilates for after pregnancy" hurhur.. still in the wrapping.. at nite so lazy to use also.

I'm also trying to stop bfg. Only 1 pump a day now. What does the program say abt refusing milk? Joshua only drinks well when he's super drowsy. He enjoys solids though.

Peach,
I have always been running but since I got pregnant, got super lazy... for your case, better rest... hmm, I wonder how you actually walked into your sofa ??!!
661827.gif

I also have that pilates DVD, but I wonder does it help coz everytime I do, I feel like sleeping ...

lala,

yah. i also wonder how come i can walk into the sofa. the light was turned on pretty brightly, it was almost 2am juz put down bb to bed, i was walking past the sofa to go to the laptop.

the nurse at the a&e was laughing when she heard how it happened. very sian ok.. i had to use crutches n my toe was in a cast for the next few weeks. cannot carry my girl n walk around also. very useless n helpless just cos i wanted to use the internet =(

anyway, i will make appointment with the pilates dvd TONIGHT! ehehehe

Lok,
Charisse is like Joshua. When she is well-awake, feeding her milk is a chore (have to sing song all the time)... if we bring her shopping, she can don't drink at all ... there was once she refused to drink for 6 hours when we were out ...

Peach,
Aiyo, the nurse should at least laugh behind your back mah lol kekeke Anyway, you are almost totally recovered liao. For me, I tore 1 of my knee ligaments while I "kay kiang" skii like a pro in Korea. Fell very badly, can no longer do stuff like blading, skiing unless go for ops ...

Well, you have started swimming so not too bad at all. I am also doubtful that running can help me in toning my abs (I dislike doing crunches).

PM,
You really super mommy leh ... can handle household chores and taking care of Emerson. For me, taking care of Charisse after work and weekends already made me worn out, let alone the household chores ... thumbs up for you!!

PM, u are really make to be a SAHM. hahaha..

Lala,
u can really run, i think i will be patting after 1km.

Peach,
I prefer to have coy when i exercise, so we can motivate each other.

lala,

wonder why babies are like that? I don't see adults drinking while they are sleeping. Anyway, I am glad that he loves his solid foods, maybe add milk into his food to save myself some agony.

Wendy,
my bb is 3.75kg , mine is normal delivery (assisted) cos i miss my lunch and was hungry (no strength to push) two nurse came in and put their hands on my tummy to help me push.
Mummies,
anyone still have "tire mark" the black line in the middle of ya tummy? I still have don't know when it will goes off.. hiaz

sandy,

my Bb has a rashes around his neck and mouth cuz he like to take thing and put in to his mouth, which barrier cream is best to cure it

PM,

U got mail!

Insurance

Since PM mentioned insurance, mummies, can i know wat type of insurance u bot for ur bb. I bot a hospitalisation plan for my 1st/2nd gal n a life insurance(pay until she is 20 YO) for my 1st gal. But i kind of regret as now i find endowment is more appropriate. But recently i get to know from a frd tat she is gog to stop the endowment plan for her gals(pri 5 n pri 2). She said the endowment she bought at that time was consider a big sum but now it's so little. Her remark had put me off... im still holding on to the 2 endowments.

wendy
i hv alot of creams/lotion for my boy's rashes..hahha...try n error

GAIA soothing lotion..few mums using it and got gd comments...

Physiogel moisturiser

hmm...hazeline cream
