Geb, actually can one... cold cabbage or any cold packs(frozen peas also can) can relieve engorgement but one side effect is it reduces milk production (hence relieve engorge). So me Kiasu, no matter how painful die also won't use that cause my milk supply last time not a lot...

for the milk supply sake, better not use cabbage liao... i guessed all mummies are very concern about their milk supply and would definitely want to keep their supply increasing loh... didnt know cold cabbage will reduce the supply until you and dsiitan brought it up...

called my hb just now..told him i felt sharp pain whenever i wallk or trying to turn from one side to another while sleeping..i told him skali i am going to seh liao..hahha cos my son's godma told me she got feeling i will go seh kia tomorrow..aiyo.....

My lower abdomen keep having pain.. aiyo...
since now so little mummies around... wanna play the question and answer game again? me so sianz... cleared most of my work in the morning, now got nothing much to do le... felt like sleeping yet not allowed to sleep... very xin ku... dont wanna nap in the toilet cos very smelly in there... hahaha....

I saw some department store selling hot pack. I was thinking to get one to apply on the breast when i have engorgment. Dun know will that work.

sandy, the discharge you are referring could it be the mucus plug? my col had that too and 1 day later she went into labour liao... it is the same col whom her bb "tuo mong" to her saying he wanna come out liao...
eeyore, i also got lotsa discharge... dont like it too... gotta keep changing my pantyliners, at least 3 times a day, with 2 pantyliners at a time. so ma fan...

govt wants ppl to give birth to more babies..and yet got such things happened..they oso never do anything...my hb's colleague..his wife kena sacked too..after preggie for 3-4 mths...becos she got high blood pressure..so always on MC..then the co just sacked her loh..finding some reasons loh..then my hb colleague also always on leave ..to take care of his wife..due to high blood...so now wife at hm waiting to deliver loh...haiz...

my fren asked me to climb stairs..dun use lift..now climbing stairs also got prob ah..hahaha..leg too heavy..tummy too heavy...can really lift up my legs...wear pants or panties oso got prob manz...hahaa

dsiitan, faxed liao... i bought a zip file yesterday so went to sort all the reports that will be required to bring to hospital, then found the pre-admission letter TMC sent me... like that loh... hahaha...
actually last visit on friday, i asked the nurse why they didnt give me any pre-admission letter then she said dont have to... just report straight to the registration counter can liao... then now, i indeed rec'd the pre-admission letter that TMC sent to me... duno the nurse know the right procedure or not... haiz...
