Wah, your mil maid very suts ley. I guess she has taken things for granted. So hor, verdict is, cannot treat them too nice. Hahaha...
For my maid hor, I even show her which church she can go since she was new to my place. I am quite open, so long she does her job, dun try anything funny, I am ok.

hahaha..ya loh..u see lah...treated her too nice liao...she is with us for 6 yrs liao..my mil lah...wanna keep her cos she thinks keep old maid cheaper and easier cos she can cook n used to her...but she dunno new maid cheaper...and no nonsense...this maid too much nonsense liao...this dec her contracts end...will get new one then

Lollipop, I am super lousy & lazy to learn language leh. Housework wise so far no problem she can understand word by word & hand sign. Our requirement she will remember. Other then that she cannot understand liao.
So far I let her plan what she want to do. She quite systematic, will know that clean fridges cannot use soap water. Then after cleaning one room she will sweep n mop the floor before proceed to another. Sat change bed sheet today she change again, i ask her y? she say after cleaning the room , very dirty so need to change wow. She do cleaning from 7 to 3pm, then rest for simple task like prepare veg for cooking & play with V.
