Chee Cheong Fun
---------------
150g Rice Flour
11/2 Tbsp Wheat starch flour
2 Tbsp Corn flour
1 Tbsp Oil
2 cups Water
1/2 tsp Salt
Method:
1. Use an oiled pyrex dish. Place a thin layer of batter in the dish.
2. Microwave for 90 seconds on high.
3. When cooked, take a butter knife and ease/ loosen one edge while tilting the plate to help the CCF roll downwards. Gravity helps it to roll tightly.
4. Once rolled, tip it out onto a plate...and voila.
The texture is a little firmer (maybe needs more water) and less oily.
Start to finish in about 1/2 hr
