I just ordered from Amazon and a big lesson learnt. Only those that have super saving meaning free shipping within US. Order those that send out straight from Amazon if not Vpost will impose a separate shipping charge on the parcel althot they will consolidate all of the parcel to ship back spore but that doesnt mean they will pack all the items and give 1 shipping charge. Ended up u need to pay more shipping fee cos they come from various places to vpost USA.

R ur eyes okay now? Coincidentally, I also visited an eye specialist last week. My eyes always very blur when I'm wearing contact lenses. Anyway, I had history of eye infections on my cornea a few times b4, so I thought of going down to visit doc for a checkup. End up, doc says no prob at all, just tat my eyes become very sensitive to contact lenses after wearing for so many yrs. Tend to become very dry. So I'm thinking of going for lasik too.

YB - My colleague too, always visit doctor at least once 3 mths to have her infection cured. Recently, she had another episode and it took her 3 mths to recover and was given 1 wk of MC. She decides to go for Lasik once she recover.

Can do it while it's cheaper now. My cornea is too small, end up I do the more ex ones, otherwise it's quite affordable I think. Can lah, u working now..can pay by instalment mah. Took me a few mths to save that money for lasik.

Today my eyes is quite funny, very dry.. So i keep putting lubricant eyedrop. yesterday was alright.

Regarding contact lens. my eyes also feel dry or blur when I wearing a brand that I had been using for years. Thus, I try other brand seem like better.

Lasik, I am considering too but i am still very scare. I dun like to wear contact lens cos I feel very uncomfortable with it. I still like a spect to act as a protection infront of my eyes. hahah...

Melody/ Blessings - I did my lasik at Singapore Lasik Centre, Paragon, as my cornea is small, I need to opt for the Intralase as opposed to the microkeratome. The latter is the so-called the 'standard' procedure they will used to advertise their pricing for.

At Singapore Lasik Centre, Paragon. - The microkeratome is abt $2,300+ inclusive of GST and excluding medication (antibiotics drop and lubricant)

Intralase - All in all inclusive of the medication I paid abt $2900+.

LASIK:
I am a supporter of LASIK. One of the best things I have done so far. Did mine in 2003, really ex (cos it's b4 all the cut-throat competition and I went to Dr Jerry Tan) but NO REGRETS at all. My vision is still fine (except during the 2 pregnancies when it's normal to have slightly affected vision).

Klcc..as long retail store have can order. Like Patra I order, is very nice n light to wear..but website dont have.

KLCC..my order havent add GST leh.so for scutes is $30.50. So around the same.
