re: KM holiday programme

just spoke with the lady. at present, they do not have hol programme. their hol programme structure runs like this:

(1) 5 weekends, once per week
(2) 3 weeks, twice per week (e.g., tues and sat)

i prefer option 2 - and the theme will be like their adventure theme - BTW - i am referring to 18 months and above hol programme.

if we can form 6 babies, they can run a class for us. cost is $25.50 per lesson, with $30 reg fee. Note that the structure is like their normal KM, but with the selected theme. Any preferences?

KM hol programme

1. toto (prefer option 2, weekdays)
2. sunflower (ok with both)
3. kissbb (prefer option 2, weekdays, sat cannot)
4. kissbb (prefer option 2, weekdays, sat cannot)

Sorry, I can't say i know my agent well. Really trial and error...but i think she's quite professional, the way she talk and handle things. Look for only Jackie if you want. She's philippino. I feel comfortable with her.

My gf took a transfer maid that time, so far so good. reason why she's been transferred is becos the previous owner is a korean and gog back korea for good thus her service is terminated. Not all transferred maids means no good but has to check out and like what you had said, the agent has to be honest to tell u the truth...i heard some even willing to give you the ex-owner's contact and u can call them to check out on this maid....

I brought A to Penang for 4 days last month. He's fine there and when back. We brought his grains to cook his porridge, and his oatmeal for breakfast.

why have to terminate your old maid permit now?
cannot have 2 maids under one name meh? the only prob i see is that u will not get the subsidized FWL for the 2nd maid.

Hiaz... i checked with MOM abt maid matters before. They tell me that once the maid is hired under your name, u will be responsible for her until she leaves the country or change employer.

Celeste: For transfer maid, you can request to speak to the previous employer to find out why they don't want the maid. Some rejected maids are just sitting in the agent office, so you can talk and interview them face-to-face. Talking to MOM is useless, I tried calling their hotline previously to find out status of the returned maid but CAN'T find anything. At least you got someone who can answer your directly. When I called previously, they say will get someone to return my call BUT NEVER RETURN CALL!!!

Alternatively, you can call other agencies to find out about the transition between old to new maid to find out if your current agent is lying. Just tell them you're doing general enquiry.

panda: I bot the scribblemats during their 1st BP. By postage not advisable mainly due to the size. So far, have let ER tried a few times. It's used more as a mat for him to draw on rather than to colour properly.

Serene: Just use tissue paper to wipe off the colouring. Need to scrub a bit harder for the darker colours though, may stain a bit.

another option is for weekend classes mummies to join ongoing class during weekend - you pay per class lo.

yeah they know... initially they said cant be done coz all studios are taken, BUT later say if we want 1 time class at 12pm is possible.

I asked then how abt 12pm for 5 weekends for us then. they started saying Dec not enough weekends for the prog coz they break during Christmas week blah blah blah then i say how abt starting end of nov? she said needs to find out.

mispiggy - yes, it was Mas who rang me when i enquired about the hol programme, and she said 6 can start a class liao le. i just spoke with her yesterday, and mention i will revert. i am now waiting for her call, cos i emailed her already. will keep you posted.

Hi...

Had a good fight with my agent jus now...

Called her tell her about the aeroplane / phone ringing / and chelsia's cry incidents... she seems to trust her maid than trust me... she says i got comparison n never give the new one a chance!! F her!! told her how to give someone with a hearing problem a chance to take care of chelsia.. what if she scream n yell n cry in the room n yet she cant hear, who will held responsibel?? and if anything happen to my gal.. who is responsible?? Agent says : " cant be that bad lah"!! @$%@^$#%@#$@% anyway told her i am not giving chance.. i rather play safe then be sorry... told her i will pay for her air tics back n please sent her bad.. its quite unfair for another employer to take her... its no joke...

She says NO .. she will get someone to take her... others may be able to accept as expectations are different... OMG!! Asked her then whats she's goin to do... she will put her at her plc and look for employer... and i have to pay agent $10 per day for maintaining this maid... for a maximum of 1 mth... hubby asked me to sms her.. aks her to take 300 then, assuming she stay with her for the max peiod of 30 days.. want her to refund the balance 1700... she refuse... what can i do now? any advise... SICK!

Then she insist of cancelling my current maids permit so as to allow her to issue the permit for this problem maid... I wont allow it... and she says its a MUST!!

Checked with frens from MOM... they say this maid is under in-principal approval and as long as i dun issue her permit, she is not my responsibility...

ya i am considering that. At first wanna wait till J is 2 years old in a few months time, then only needs to take 1 jab like S. But, if I really confirm a place for her in a preschool, then I will definitely have to bring her for hte prevnar... must play safe. Last time before S took the jab, everything he got vv high fever I worried abt meningitis and ear infection. After taking the jab, I feel more at ease now.
