It's not really their milk intake will decrease. Nowadays, it's a norm for kids to drink milk till maybe Primary school. If follow Prof. Shichida's method, by this time, should not need any milk feeds already

For me, I wanna decrease milk intake already, sometimes no choice but to give 3 times a day, else it's twice a day of milk.

Bought this from Watsons today, quite a good buy only $12.95. Jumbo wooden floor puzzle. There are 2 types Alphabet and Numbers. I bought the Alphabet one.

For milk intake, ER is taking about 500+ml each day, broken down into 4 feeds. Am running out of ideas for his meals too. Breakfast has been oatmeal + egg for a long time liao

mspiggy: What cereal do u give? I've stoppped giving ER cereal for a long time. He prefers oatmeal to cereal. I still have a few packets of Dumex Step 2 cereal lying in the cupboard. For lunch, he alternates between macaroni, pasta (coloured ones), porridge, bee tai mak and rice with soup. Dinner is usually rice + soup + steam fish. He eats about half small porcelein soup bowl size of rice.
