1. 7am wake up latch him on. (Will start b'fast cereal nxt wk.)
2. Play, then nap.
3. Wake up, give EBM... prepare between 180ml to 200ml, depending how much he ate in the morning. Usually he can't finish, so got leftover EBM to prepare cereal.
4. Lunch 2-3 tbsp cereal + 1 vege (to weed out allergies) + maybe some fruit if he doesn't shake head in protest.
Repeat steps 2 to 4 (for dinner).
5. Latch on before he goes to sleep, see if he wants or not.
