its either here, by email or by sms.

since the party is a xmas theme, i suggest the cupcakes follow the same theme.

personalised names are nice, but personally i think its a logistical nightmare considering there are so many kids!
imagine how sad one kid will be if he/she has been missed out. or if his/her cupcake was damaged...
i dun want that to happen lor, so i think its better to go without names.

will a small cake figurine add to the cost of the cupcakes significantly? if not, the little figurine will make a nice little thank-you gifts for each kid to bring home.

(I learnt this from experience - the last time we had figurines on a big cake, and ALL the kids wanted one figurine to bring home! then worse still, they started fighting over their favourite figurine!)

how about we ask her to quote us based on 10/15/20/25/30 cakes?
good to order slightly more as a buffer, hence i suggested ordering in multiples of 5....

I agree with you too on the personalised names.... it can be a night mare!! cos .. some may turn up last min, some, last min may not turn up.
