Hi Sierra... i thought stage 2 is to take egg white and soya products... to thicken lining.. Stage 3 2ww then u drink ensure and take brazil nut...so that embryo can implant easily...that's what i know... others...can give your views too.. Good job sierra and Fresh... this will help...

hi Lyn and Itjabi, supposedly brazil nut has high content of selenium... that can be helpful during implantation. Actually when i was surfing the net, it seems that the westerners took pineapple juice and brazil nutduring 2ww cause of the selenium... but my mum wld never allow me to drink...
