    Hi Blurmom Can't really say we can pump out milk 24/7 but it is being produced 24/7. After each feed or pump, you'll need to drain out all the milk so the breast can start producing again. Takes about 2 hours for the breast to be full and that's about the time that the baby needs to be fed...

    Hi mummies, Long time never log in liao, busy finishing my work and covering duties for my MIA colleague. I bought the bumper playmat 2 years ago, no regrets. Still looks as good as new eventhough my older one has been using it in her play yard. Can say it's one of best investment so far. Haha...

    Hi Shirley, You'll get more comfortable and experienced with more outings. I also use a baby sling to carry him when I'm out, will fuss initially but will settle down after after patting him on his bum. Green papaya soup didn't really increase my supply but I still drink when my mum cooks...

    hi darmae, I got the list from the mumcentre's website. Need to keep myself armed with the info coz I like to go out and 'jalan jalan'. hi blueskye, I use the first few years milkbags mentioned by Darmae and place the flat in the freezer coz they take up less space. So far so good, no leakage.
