even taking weekky fr last trimester, taking brewed and pure kind is not cheap... will cost at least a few hundreds... hubby said his house got a lot of good one... i wonder can birdnest keep so long meh?? i dont mind if my pil voluntarily brewed early for me to eat.. haha

re birdnest dont think can afford and heard that last trimester take more effective. if can afford, i will take fr 3rd trimester, weekly, brewed kind.
