ah da haha, yr twins are exactly like mine in a restaurant. hub & i can never hv our meal in peace. not sure if this'll help, but now to distract them, i bring a toy that i keep only when we go out (eg. portable magnadoodle) as well as bite-sized snacks (animal crackers, etc) to keep them...

dodo there's a pd clinic at bt batok central, think it's called kidslink. i've seen her once but i find her so-so only. i usu just go to the gp at bt batok east, which is nearer my place.

j&smum re. finding a good preschool, i think the best thing to do is to visit a few to recce first, then shortlist 2-3 you really like and arrange for trials with yr kids. direct experience with how yr kids react to the environment and the playgrp teacher(s) and vice versa, will probably...

ava did you try doing fetal kick counts? i was told by my doc's nurse to count if the babies kick/move at least 10 times a day (roughly) near the end of my term. if they do, they should be fine. they're getting really cramped in there anyway, so not much space to move.
