Pros:

• They actually listen. Instead of just sending over profiles, they took the time to understand our needs (kids’ ages, household routines, personality preferences).
• Smooth process. They handled everything, from shortlisting helpers, arranging interviews, to MOM paperwork and training, so we didn’t feel overwhelmed.
• Transparent communication. I always knew where we were in the process. They were upfront about timelines, costs, and what to expect.
• Good after-service. Even after deployment, they checked in to see how things were going, which I really appreciated.
• Matches feel more thoughtful. The helper we got fits in well with our family and picked things up quickly.

Cons:

• Because they take time to find the right match, it might not be the fastest option if you’re in a rush, but that also means they’re not just rushing to fill a slot.

In short, if you value service quality, good communication, and proper matching over speed or bargain pricing, I’d say EELIT is worth considering.

It was actually quite quick! From the time I first reached out to them, they took a few days to really understand my household needs, and then presented a few profiles within the same week. I liked that they didn’t just rush me into choosing, they let me take my time to interview and decide.
