4. Cat & The Fiddle

As Singapore’s only premium online cheesecake shop, Cat & The Fiddle celebrates the nation’s 52nd birthday with a red and white cheesecake aptly named LoveSG.

Taking inspiration from a lychee martini cocktail, this cheesecake is an absolutely delicious combination of tart raspberries and sweet lychees – all nestled in soft, pillowy bed of cheesy mousse flavoured with subtle nuances of Martini for that celebratory flair. The top of each cake features a light crystalline glaze embedded with dried rose petals. Each box contains a tiny Singapore flag and two heart tags to decorate the cake.

13. Monti At 1-Pavillion 

The second fun-filled edition of Monti’s Festino series is finally here, and this time, Monti will be offering diners an Italian interpretation of old school local Singaporean delicacies. This year will be the first time the king of fruits will be introduced as part of the dessert buffet spread.
