Prof PC Wong - IVF with Norethisterone

Scan today showed 4 sweet follies on the side that is hard to reach as it seems to be sitting high on top of the uterus. Anyone had similar case and experience in getting them out successfully? Prof said he will try his best on Thurs but he can't poke thru the uterus. The other side has 2 chubby and 2 little ones, so I am keeping my faith!!!

Hi, congrats to you!!

That time I only got 1 high up that at the end prof didn't managed to retrieve.

So, u OR is on this thurs?
 
Yingchian: should be Thurs, coz the biggest one reached 20mm already. Yesterday was day 11 of stims, I guess if clinic was open they would have scheduled me for Wednesday retrieval. Still pending blood test result but they told me this afternoon I am likely to go back for the paperwork.

Ladies here hav similar cases...hopefully it gets heavier n lowers down....one of the ladies here on ER managed to retrieve from the ovary tt's seen to b high during scan...all the best!

It's me!!! I had 7 on 'top of the hill ' as dr chew told me. He was quite pessimistic about my chances... end up he still can magically retrieve for me. Keep praying abt it and stay positive

My egg reserve is low; hence by rules of the number game, bfp possibility not high.

Hugs. I think we have the same problem. May I ask what is ur AMH or FSH if u happen to know?
I was also told that my AMH level is normal but on the lower end.. And my egg reserve seems to be low given my age based on the baseline scan.
How was ur low egg reserve diagnosed?

Sorry to hear abt the bfn..this is your first or second try?

It took me almost a week to recollect myself back from the first failure..so be patient with yourself..and don't blame yourself for the negative result.

It's always not easy.. Think I took almost a mth to be back to normal.. Nonetheless, all the best and hope we will succeed one day

My AMH is 10.3. But how to know if it's normal or otherwise?

Both my fresh cycles have low yield (less than 5). So, dr says low reserves. And, with each fresh cycle, the yield will drop further until nil returns.

It's my second fresh.

My first fresh, I cried hard.
My subsequent FET, I shouldered it alone. My hubby was overseas. I weep in silence.
This second fresh, I didn't tear but my heart aches.

Ya..I put in 2 this time round. Then no more frozen embryo Liao..

The last round, I choose to put in one only even though I got 2..but the other one cannot survive to day 5.. That's why I decided to put in 2 this time round..
 
My six follies went on their journey yesterday, I hope they grow up to be chubby embbies.
When will CHR call? The day after OR or later? I have ants in my pants but don't want to be one of those annoying "clients" who want to get status report all the time... Haha

The embryologist should be calling u anytime now. Normally it's the day after OR followed by daily updates till ET.
