Sister, if doc detect heatiness, can stop taking LGRD tea for a while. Continuing taking heating foods or drinks does at this stage not help the body recover from excess heat & back to balance state. Don't take cold foods. Drink lots of water, make sure avoid heaty foods (no fried foods, less spices), take more neutral foods that help to recover from yin deficiency.
