Yes! check out 3D Art Thinking Palette. The instrutor is very good. My son took two art enrichment classes in his childcare, this one is apparently much more enriching. Not just doign art, clay work etc, the teacher respects individuals and nurture every single child. He makes effort to report on progree of each child every single lesson. Each term we get to see pictures and progress of the child. He trains kids to be responsible, respectful, grateful and leads. My child respects him I can see, and he takes pride especially in the work assigned by this instructor. I am not sure if he offers classes in Toa Payoh but worth a try searching!
