(2015/11) Nov 2015 Mummies

Hello all! I'm a first time mom to be! Just tested positive this morning and I'm really excited! Not sure what to do next. Any advice? I'm not sure if I should see a GP or a gynae for my next step. Any good gynae to recommend? Thanks so much!! Oh my EDD is 17 nov :) thanks all!

Call a gynae to fix appointment first. Try to rest well n eat well. :)

I'm a FTWM. Very siong to work and supervise the kids on their school work... But no choice cos I need to work to keep my sanity. I'll go crazy if I stay at home whole day with the kids. Haha! I salute those SAHM!

Dont have to see gp.. Maybe u can just get folic acid from pharmacy first if ure not seeing a gynae yet. Where do u stay? U can google for gynaes around ur area n search for reviews. Can search in this forum as well. Some of us has seen the gynae at 6 weeks but it also depends if u can get an early appt at the gynae clinic u choose. Can see gynae at 7 weeks too, up to u. :)
 
I saw my bb yesterday... Though not as surreal as #1. Was told by my gynae to totally stop nursing... My previous cold turkey didn't work and now no choice gotta make sure it works...

I feel engored now... Anyone knows how I can relieve the pain? Cold cabbage?
 
Thanks all! Just came back. My gynae say my bb is exactly at 6 weeks. Size n heartbeat r normal. Going for another visit on next sat too for checking if growing normally. Cost me $500 today. Got prescribe with the 安胎药。

jv_bbwork, I had cold turkey my girl for bf around 1 weeks. After 1 weeks she doesn't look for it. But that part of time must insisted not to give in.
If use cold cabbage for engorgement I feel my supply will went drop terribly. If I want to cut down my supply slowly, I will pump out until breast is tender no engorgement then stop pumping.

Now my breasts very engored.. If were to pump will cause the womb to contract again. Now I just let it engored and pain... Will the pain go away? Feeling awful now

I didn't have MS during my 1st pregnancy. I could eat whatever I wanted. I don't think it's an issue...
 
I think I'm over the cramps period but I'm still feeling super tired and lethargic with no strength to do anything at all. I don't remember I felt this tired in my first pregnancy. And sometimes I'm feeling pain in my abdominal. Don't know if it's because I'm carrying #1. I try to carry him less but sometimes still can't avoid...

For my no1 I have MS for a week but this #2 I has MS everyday and still go on. For #1 she come out healthy and chubby, maybe because no MS can eat more.
Now has MS I only drink soup n eat bread or biscuit :(

Ur ms only lasted for 1 week? May I know which week?
 
Glad to know that s I was having bad ms at week 5...since yesterday become better appetite n less nauseous. Hope it's not anything bad. Pray hard n this sat checkup be smoothly. Any mummies consider taking Oscar n harmony test?

Can anyone advise about harmony test? Last time when i had my girl i did Oscar only. Never heard before harmony test.

I feel don't have MS it's great. can really enjoy food and no worry about throw out everything.
I missed the days eat heartily =(
I taking hormones pill its make MS worse. even brush teeth also will puke =(
 
Went to gynae last sat (21/3), finally can see lil' one's heartbeat @ 132 bpm (6 weeks 5 days) but, doc found cysts on my uterus and was told it was nothing to be worry about. Pray it will go away on my next schedule scan.
 
Just seen Dr tham this morn too. Have to do a v-scan as little bub is still abit small at 6w+5. Finally see my little bub's heartbeat at 122bpm. When I saw the bub, I was so emotional till I teared.
My gynae also prescribed me duphaston to stabilise the bub n vit b.

Recently then I heard about harmony test..user to understand Oni got Oscar n amino test. But heard that harmony got no detail scan but is more accurate for multiples n high risk group plus can know the gender but is triple the price of Oscar.
