I heard from another mummy that NUH offers that and the sonographer let her see in 3D, no extra costs too. hope will be lucky enough to get the same "treatment". haha! hubby not keen in spending extra just for a couple of minutes of 3D/4D scan.

Haha i am a unique one.. currently with obs clinic in SGH, coz I had existing condition and did my surgery there 2yrs ago. So they prefer me to visit joint-clinic there instead of any other hospital to monitor my condition during my pregnancy. Initially I went KKH but everytime KK gynae want me to get approval letter from my current specialist I am seeing who only practise in SGH. Mah fan... I am just wondering if SGH ward room is good.. hardly can find review anywhere haha..

wahh.... NUH so good, can see baby in 3D for free. I can only see baby 2D, then imagine myself to become 3D. lols......
Btw, will we be having another important scan after this 20 weeks fetal anomaly scan? Missed to see my baby performance inside .....

you need to register first, then you tick with gynae appointment card and bring that gynae appointment card on the day for free admission.

me too ..... some night I can sleep very well but some night cannot sleep. Before pregnant, I am that type can sleep even when standing on MRT one, having no problem with sleep at all.Haha...maybe..

mebbe you can try to drink hot milk. Especially in the morning, some people cannot even take room temperature water.

I have 2 friends who delivered at SGH, one is a nurse there(baby ward) and she gave birth there too, the other was emergency delivery which the AB proposed to go SGH as baby was 2 mths earlier from edd. Heard that the nurses there takes gd care of the patient and is pro bf, as for doc i never ask bout it. But hosp bill was much cheaper than they expected (exclude the fees for the baby)..

Thanks for info! Were they under subsidised rates? I am subsidized patient bcoz of my previous case. Kinda dread I cant choose room or got non-aircon room.

is your girl better? I get nervous whenever I hear mine sniffling away. scared of these flu/cough viruses, especially those that include high fevers.
do you use essential oils? eucalyptus is good for opening airways and expelling phlegm. give it a shot if you have it. hope she will recover ASAP!

I have done my detailed scan at NUH this morning, and gender of baby maintain as BOY. hubby is very very happy. I'm glad to see him happy and also knowing that everything looks good so far. brain, heart, organs etc are all normal. and this baby is a very active one. kept squirming and kicking away during the scan, making waves across the tummy! the sonographer we were assigned to was the same one who did my Oscar. very nice lady! but too bad, she didn't show us the 3D as baby's hand was covering his face. saw baby giving us the "thumbs up" too. hee!!!

She had cough for like 3 wks. Usually normal cough I jus ignore and let her recover by herself, but got worse last wk till high fever and she couldnt sleep at nite. Poor thing. Went gp oso no use, end up at pd. Now slightly better, at least can sleep. (all of us as well!) Maybe gog to cc exacerbate the situation. Oh well, my pd say part and parcel of growing up.
Yah i get very scared when detect any bit of runny nose or cough! Yup using essential oils thruout but guess e virus too powerful

Yes, happiest is that everything looks good and is normal. I kept asking "Is the heart normal?" / "Is the brain normal?" / "Is the umbilical cord normal?" Lol!! Saw the sonographer focusing a lot on the heart. She spent at least 10mins scanning and looking. Was worried something could be wrong and she didn't say. Only felt relieved when she smiled and all's good. Phew...

Viruses often take a longer time. Bacteria easier to treat, just give antibiotics can liao. Just endure and ride through it. Think Thieves oil helps boost immunity.

Congrats! Your hubby must be so excited. Mine was bored during the scan, even attempted to take out his phone to self entertain. I guess he was more looking forward to a girl surprisingly. Mine was oso very active during scan, at one point keep opening and closing his mouth, so funny.
