Marilyn, your BMI is pre-pregnancy or during? Do not calculate during pregnancy cos it's not accurate. If pre-pregnancy then yes, overweight maybe watch your diet now and go for more protein, less fat and carbo, Your exercise timings are a bit off. You should start exercising only after 6 weeks from date of delivery if doc ok with it. Don't try to do it too soon or you may risk injury.
