i guess thats the plus point on the big age gap LOL at least #1 get to enjoy exclusive time with us before #2 comes along...so hopefully i can strike soon if not the gap is getting bigger and bigger hahaha

where are you living now? my gynea is from GlenE also (Dr.Chan KH). I was keen to change as he did not even deliver my son as he was on vacation last time. But my hubby said not to change.. haiz so sticking to him lor. But i feel he is rather expensive.

i sent my boy into cc more than a month ago. until now, still adjusting. fall sick every week so no chance to really settle in yet.

ya lor heng heng u can get good ones....anyway if u dun intend to send #1 to cc then a helper will be a wise choice. At least ur MIL wont be so tied down with 2 kids, hsework, cooking etc

how i wish my work place oso have cc for my shawn.. i m hope to find a job like tat.. so tat i can bring him to work everyday.. visit him during lunch.. he can accompany me home daily.. so good.

poor boy.. tats one of my worries too.. scare my ds will get sick easily.. n ppl oso tell me 18mth go cc too young.. he still cant express himself much.. but i tot.. let him go..try adapt early.. so by then if sec one come out anytime.. easlier to handle rite..

Linda, me oni like the feeling of preggie when can feel bb moving. The 1st trimester is a super killer! I had bad MS and last trimester bad heartburn.

pinktulip, my gal is going to be 13mths this coming 20th May. Hee... well, i oso hope to quickly give birth liao and then finally get my gd nite rest. Haha... Dun wanna when i finally can relax a bit then realise got to start all over again with the nite waking up routine etc. Haha... So now once and for all quickly give birth. Moreoever, I intend to have 3 and age is catching up wor. So got to be quick. Keke...

if u put ur DS at a CC near ur workpl. then when u don't work, ur DS oso no go CC.:p thats my case. cos i living in the north and working in the west. haha.. pro and cons la. but the CC at my workpl is not bad lor..

as they grow older its easier to talk to them and they can understand better too.

Anyway i think taking the school bus is a new thing to her thus she enjoys it even till now she is always looking forward to see the bus coming to fetch her to school :p but she is even happier when i tell her its school holiday NO SCHOOL LOL

my thoughts exactly. i think 18mths is ok, and its not too early to get them adjusted into a social/school environment. although the downside is the constant falling sick etc, but the teachers have feedback that my boy enjoys the class and usually stop crying within 1-2 min after we leave him there.

i also only enjoy the feeling of preggy whereby can feel baby movements. the taking care of infant part im still shrudders at the thought now *scared scared*

by the ladies, any of you tried TCM and succeed in ttc-ing? i wonder if i shld try TCM or not ...any recommendations?

yes, he is the playful and easy to get distracted type. so once they bring him to eat breakfast or look at toys, he will stop crying.
 
bubbleling, dun be scare... u got no help? Me last time got MIL to cook for me and bath baby. The rest i do myself. Ok lah. Anyway, they grow pretty fast.

i have my mum to help but the thought of handling newborn just scared me off hahaha..maybe partly becos my gal was a difficult baby to care for when she was young thus she gave me all the nightmares!!

but how u know actually when is O day?? i try every other day from 10apr onward.. then stop from 18onward.. hoping the slow swimmer can meet the egg..n set my dream come true ba.. haha.. but i duno how true abt this la.. n i oso duno when is my actual o day..

actually i also duno when is my O day leh...some ladies will have egg white discharge but for my case i nv see any leh hmm means i nv O that month?

i hv a regular cycle, plus i monitor my CM. i take BBT too. but only ard O date and end of cycle. so i somehow knw when i O. this mth abit early O-ed. normally ard O days, women shld hv CM. the most watery clear one shld be the O date. that my experience la.

My nurse friend told me that we are most fertile when the CM is most sticky. not sure how true though.

Anyway i felt feverish this morning...took temp - 37 deg..is it another early preg symptom? haha tink i'm thinking to much...

temp high after O? I haven been taking BBT, coz just started TTC. And it can't be O day coz my AF is due in 2 days time. anyway i used a normal digi thermometer this morning.

I did have nauseous feeling from yesterday also...is it too early? hubby said i'm being too sensitive..scali false alarm then so disappointed.

Sometimes you may have some "false alarm" feelings, but at times, it might be real too. Just dont hope too much, but look on the bright side okie!

For me, my nausea has begun since yesterday. I still can take it though as long as I have something to munch. But later I'm going to conduct a session with some pple...i really hope I can tahan that...

gisele, we are now living in Shanghai.

bubble-ling. sometimes i also feel that having just 1 is good... can do alot of things now that he's older. :p We would have missed out on some stuff if we had planned a 2nd one earlier. I do 'pity' the 2nd child though. Not as much holidays/exposure compared to the 1st. ;)

i told hubby not to tell anyone. i guess i will only start telling either when tummy show or after 12wks.

I hope it's nothing serious too. Maybe there's some implantation going on, hence the staining. I also had stains when I first tested positive, but when I tested again a few days later, the test is still +.

I know what u mean about 2nd child. Actually I was very nervous abt having a 2nd one, coz I wondered how I could cope with such an active toddler. And I felt sorry if I couldn't walk as fast, or run or hop with my 1st one due to 2nd pregnancy. But now i tell myself, don't be silly, just carry on as per normal.

i oso have tat stain problem.. if not much.. sld b alrite.. but if u feel unsecure.. can jus go gynea ba.. at least u feel safe rite..

For me. my gynea package starts from the first visit.. so actually make no different when i go to him.. haha.. jus tat the time to make a trip down ba..

mayb i oso try to wait til then.. (if i can..haha.. so excited to share ma) at least wont have those kpo aunty come asking me ques...haha

I planned to wait till later before I revealed. After all, first trimester can be risky so better to keep quiet first. But my parents, and immediate inlaws knew. Last Saturday we had a mother's day gathering with my in-laws, and the topic of pregnancy came up (several of my cousins in law also preggy). Then before I knew it, I was being congratulated - someone had let the cat out of the bag. Sighs.... I felt soooo terrible, coz the news was revealed in my cousin's house, who has been TTC-ing for years
