Leith for Pregnyl its effective within 36hrs or after 36 hrs?im confused cause the nurse told me that after injecting pregnyl it will take effect.but my injection was on 7/4 8pm but the SO IUI on 9/4?will this exceed the 36hrs? Hows urs is it the same?

Hi Kate, It will depend on the size of ur folicle,if still small they will increase ur puregon dosage. Its quite strange ah,how come ur clinic dont have the puregon pen?its more convenient to use.
