Hi Alabone I never really massage my breast now. Just pump. And press my breast to ensure no lumps. And breast should feel soft when finish pumping.

alabone you mean both breasts get 20ml? Which pump u using? I using avent manual. Sometimes i use medela mini-e. I use electric first, then when no more milk, i use avent manual and pump will still have. Then rest awhile then pump again. Should not pump more than 30 minutes for both...

alabone, Ya continue to stay positive. I cried alot too during my last fews of confinement. Keep worrying not enough bm for bb. But keep on pumping every 2 hrs and you will slowly see your supply increase. Must be hardworking
