Each year, Muslims fast from dawn to dusk daily during the sacred month of Ramadan. They buka puasa or break their fast with an evening meal referred to as iftar. The relaxing of Covid-19 dining restrictions to allow gatherings of 10 comes just in time for Ramadan 2022, which runs from Saturday, 2 April to Monday, 2 May.
