WTB: BN big square photo album

Looking for those big hard cover type about 33cm square size and about 20 pages. Pages are those with a layer of sticky plastic to peel off and "paste" back after putting photos on the page. Prefer kids designs but NOT girly designs or pink colour; neutral design or simple pattern is fine too. No wedding albums please.
Popular selling $16 so my budget is $10 the most. Prefer to deal in the north or along NS line (red line).

I have a neutral handmade paper parchment type. But inner pages doesn't cling but rather layered by thinner parchment paper. Cones with photo corners. Original price: $99
If keen i try to take picture first.
 
Thanks junemom, but I already have one similar to yours. Now I'm looking for one where the pages have a peel off plastic layer...
